Very rude movers, would not recommend doing business with them. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Great experience buying a new mattress and box spring today. Kondwani helped us and he did an excellent job!

Art Van has the most diverse selection of the latest furniture at affordable prices. So many more pieces I wish to buy.

I saw the bad reviews online and thought it couldn't really be that awful, can it?…read more Well, it is. I went in there today with a very comfortable couch budget and was looked up and down by the associates, then ignored the rest of the time I was there. I'm a college student so they judged me right off the bat, which is incredibly dumb and lacking of thought, because I'm in need of a whole new living room. Couch, chair, rug, accent pieces; I'm the customer they want. Such a shame and really disappointing to see them be so small-minded and brush off a good business opportunity. But to be honest, their inventory gets precipitously worse as you continue around the store. I tested out couches from $600-$2000+ and could not find a single one I would even consider buying. The quality does not match the prices at all. Bad employees, bad customer service, and a bad product offering will surely amount to failure here in no time.

They lost the mattress we bought. Didn't tell us until the delivery driver called (1/2 hour before…read morethe delivery window was up) to say, "Hey, do you want the box springs? Didn't they tell you we lost the mattress?" On top of that, the first customer service person we talked to, didn't return our call on the designated day. She didn't even come in that day, or the next. The second customer service person we worked with said no one had said anything, when the other said they had. It was a mess. Got my money back. How do you lose a mattress? Mind you, this mess seemed mostly in the Fischers warehouse.
