The floorpan is simple. It's one large room with a large bar on the opposite wall from the entrance. From what my friends told me, Troy's doesn't offer any dishes. However, you are allowed to bring your own. There are rows of tables that hints to luau party/community style seating. I also ran into Norvin, the big buffed security guy who is an old buddy from Kauai High School. I believe Troy's may be one of the few places that closes late.
