I feel like this hot spot is so popular because of the location and all the pizza lovers who want to change it up from the delish seafood options. We came for dinner and hospitality was above par, we were seated immediately, and food came out very fast. The kids were provided coloring pages to keep them busy while we waited. We love pineapple on our pizza so adding that was a nice touch, the dough was soft and chewy. Everything we ordered didn't disappoint and even though they do get busy with telephone orders coming through, walk-in's they do not make you feel rushed at all. Thank you for making it a memorable time for our family.

Updated review 4/24/26. Best Pizza your going to get on Kauai. Service is still on point after 5 visits to this island and 9 visits here during those trips. Nice, chill vibe on the inside, great to people watch. For Pizza can only go 4 stars, so this place is a must try Kauai.

This is a great option for lunch or dinner. Not the best pizza I've ever had, but definitely some of the best food on the island. The service was phenomenal and it's a cute place to eat lunch.

I was walking around Koloa looking for a place to eat when the smell from Koloa Pizza pulled me in -- and I'm glad it did. The place has a relaxed, laid-back vibe that fits perfectly with the town. They have a rotating craft beer menu (and honestly, beer and pizza just belong together). Our upbeat, friendly server helped me pick one, and she definitely steered me in the right direction. We started with a Caesar salad and then shared the Southside Supreme Pizza. The salad was fresh, though a little heavy on the lemon juice for my taste. When the pizza arrived, I figured we'd be taking some home -- but that didn't happen. We finished the whole thing. The pizza was delicious. The crust was thin and light, perfect for two people to share. The sauce-to-topping ratio was spot on, and nothing slid off when you picked up a slice -- always a good sign. When our server came to clear the empty pan, I joked, "We didn't like that at all," and she laughed, "Do you want to try again?" I did find the place a little pricey but Kauai is touristy and prices tend to be higher than what I am accustomed to. As we left, I noticed people waiting for tables -- and it was easy to see why. Great pizza, cold beer, and friendly service make this spot a winner.

If I had to do things differently on my vacation to Kauai it would have been to eat here more than once. Koloa pizza is easy and casual and the perfect place to dine after a long day of exploring. The pizza and salads are really good too. Pizza, salad, tables for 5+

This is a solid spot for thin-crust pizza--not the chewy Neapolitan style. The servings are generous; we ordered three pizzas for three adults and two kids, which was way too much food. The funghi pizza was particularly good, and I appreciated that they were so generous with the extra mushrooms. I also had a cocktail. It was beautifully presented, but it was a bit too sweet and diluted for my liking.

Friday, 8/01/2025 - We decided to eat at KoLoa Pizza Kitchen & Bar. It's located in a little strip mall. Address is 5408 Koloa Rd, Koloa, HI 96756. We kept smelling this really good food/pizza smell and tried them. Parking is limited. Unless there's more somewhere else, I'm not sure. But we only saw a row of parking spaces in the front of the store. Then I saw people parked across the street in the dirt, off the street, too. Upon arrival... Pros 1) hostess will seat you. She was very nice. 2) there were seating inside, on the back patio, and I saw a bar. 3) there was a little corner where a man was playing music and singing. He's pretty good. Nice entertainment. 4) they provided water and water tasted great. No funky or odd taste to it. They did provide lemon when I asked for it. 5) our server was very nice. 6) table had a jar of pepper flakes and parmesan cheese, utensils, & napkins. Table was clean. 7) our pizza and bbq chicken wings were great! Tasted really good. Thin pizza crust with the perfect crispy crunch. Not overly breaded. Love it! 8) there is one bathroom for women and one for men. Women's bathroom was cutely decorated. 9) Cons 1) parking was hard to find. 2) our poor waitress was so busy. I can see her running around trying to service all her tables. But we ran out of water and she wasn't able to check on us. We had to ask someone else cleaning another table across from us for more water. She says ok, but never came back. So I saw our server and waved her down letting her know we needed water. After a while, she finally came and refilled our water. They may have been short staff. IDK. But I don't fault her. She looked very busy. We were thirsty for a while tho. ;) Conclusion We all loved this restaurant. Staffs were very nice. They have lots of tables to get seated at. They have a bar if you want to drink. They have indoor and back patio seating. There is singing entertainment. The man that was singing the day we went, sang well and played music well. Pizza and BBQ chicken wings were good. I'd go here again. Great place.

We went with our kids for dinner and got seated right away which was a nice surprise because it was busy! We got two specialty pizzas and split them so we could try different kinds. The BBQ one was delicious, as was their Margherita & Pepperoni. My favorite was their mushroom with the goat cheese and truffle oil though--delicious!! My daughter got a mocktail pina colada and that was a fun treat for her but it was pricey ($12). All in all though we loved it! It's on the expensive side but it was good pizza!

We had dinner at Koloa Pizza Kitchen after spending some time at Poipu beach. We ordered a custom pizza, the Garlicky White Devil, and a Caesar salad. Both pizzas were really good. They were crispy at the bottom and had really great flavors. The Caesar salad was simple and good. Our server was friendly and the food came out quickly. Overall it was a nice, easygoing spot with great service and solid food.

Usually visit Koloa Pizza when we visit Kauai. This time it was disappointing. Notice the pizza, hardly any toppings in it. The server was amazing and gave us a little discount, but the bottom line is that the lack of toppings is concerning. The last time we had at least 3x the amount of toppings on it. It was pretty loud with a large party near us and they were pretty loud and we were not able to talk as the noice level was so high. The pizza was good, but not as good as the last time, could have been my frustration over the lack of toppings. As I mentioned we had a great server and she was attentive and very nice. Seating at tables was comfortable. There were some bench style booth seats against the wall, but most were chairs.

    Just say yes. The pizza was fresh and so good I couldn't stop eating it. The Honeyroni pizza was spectacular!!! I can't say enough about that sweet taste of honey with a kick of heat. #kola #kauai #foodcoma #pizza #hgtv #foodnetwork #foodie #foodlover #hawaii #hawaiilife #eat #foodporn #fresh #happyhippie #eatfresh #flavortown

Koloa, Kauai We always come here when we visit Koloa. Yes, we always order the house salad. It's fresh, we love the light vinaigrette, simple....add hibiscus or Lilikoi ice tea. Perfect, healthy lunch. The pizza is always delicious-the crust isn't thin or mushy. It's just the right amount of chew and crunch. Love the hot honey-my new favorite. The house made focaccia with sun-dried tomatoes and olives dipped into warm marinara sauce is always a winner too. Despite the fact that it's in a very touristy area, we still feel aloha service. It doesn't have that disconnected, pasty service that some of the nearby restaurants have... Does that make sense? It feels genuine. We love Joey at the bar.... we love the relaxed atmosphere. Our go to place in Koloa.

We ordered take out from here and really loved it. We got the garlicky white devil pizza. I was a little nervous thinking the devil sauce would be really hot but it didn't taste spicy to me. I really enjoyed the full cloves of garlic. I also got a Caesar salad which was very basic and exactly what I thought it'd be. The only ordering was really simple. They have a pickup window which made it really easy to grab out to go order. They also have a cute inside dining area if you're wanting to eat at the restaurant.

The idea of Mucho Aloha Brewhouse came about during a backyard BBQ in Seal Beach, CA that made its way across the Pacific Ocean and landed on the island of Kaua'i. As a tribute to celebrating among family and friends with great beer and food, a welcoming gathering place was created for everyone to come together and share stories. Would I find much aloha at this brewhouse!? PURCHASE(S) Mucho Aloha Brewhouse Lowdown Lager Beer 2.7% ABV 16floz Draft ($4.00 HH): Bright amber color, dank malty aroma, light body, dank malty sweet watery flavor, crisp finish, and dank malty aftertaste. Way too light and watery for me. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&start=120&select=ao_00rfkLvpprP7tqtocKw 4pc Loco Wings Hot ($12.00 HH): At $3.00/ea, these were small, had minimal meat, and weren't as hot as I'd hoped. They had a nice crisp but that was it. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&start=120&select=vWzbIQjk8kj7OPNVi3Gm9Q 3pc Grilled Fish Tacos & Tortilla Chips ($26.00): The fish portion was nice but a bit dry and I should've had this beer-battered instead, while the chopped red cabbage was plentiful but needed some flavor. The tortilla chips and salsa were fine. I was very disappointed, especially at nearly $9.00/taco. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&start=120&select=RywnYkqzivVoxLrTGNhFqQ Mucho Aloha Brewhouse Pineapple Xpress Hazy IPA Beer 6.0% ABV 16floz Draft ($10.00): Bright hazy amber color, fruity pineapple tropical aroma, light body, fruity hoppy pineapple flavor, smooth finish, and hoppy pineapple tropical aftertaste. This was tasty! https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&start=120&select=yS3FrT5LrTw6R_ih5fxiew Stickers ($2.00 x2): I loved stickers and would commonly place them on walls of other breweries. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&start=120&select=Y-278vH82cxUx30kRbplVA Souvenir Grey Logo T-Shirt M ($35.00): I certainly didn't need another t-shirt! However, I really liked the graphic - damn marketing! https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&start=120&select=AnyPNLfj7DdHn7bu28d_Gw Service Charge 3.0% ($2.73): More businesses did this to try and offset costs. SERVICE Warmly greeted by a friendly female and male behind the bar, I took a moment to browse the beer and food menu, then shortly ordered, my beer was ready immediately, I was given a table number, and I found a place out on the patio. Minutes later, a young man delivered my food. There was a self-serve water station outside next to the trash station where you dumped your trays and such. It was all chill - mahalo! PARKING (Varied; N/A this instance): I took the bus, so this wasn't an issue for me. Otherwise, there appeared to be some onsite parking with spots along the main drag of Koloa Rd. and other side streets - 'nuff said. ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE A casual layout where inside https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&start=120&select=POhPn0Zopr86aF1051Ijvg was the bar/order counter, a visible brewing system, some bar stools, and several tables, while a spacious outdoor patio https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&start=120&select=pRAKlJPfih0NquB62jOkPA with table benches and umbrellas, there were plenty of places to sit. Plenty of natural lighting both inside and on the patio while an assortment of electric ceiling lights filled in the rest. There were several muted TVs inside while indie rock music played in the background. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&start=120&select=kTpING_-FpvVQxvfEFzRwA ATTIRE Totally casual, so I would normally be in a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops. OVERALL I would consider visiting Mucho Aloha Brewhouse again just to try more of their beers for a better sense since I absolutely didn't like one but loved another. They had only 10 beers https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&start=120&select=Zew6wCI-Rs8kV7253Y56tQ on tap, the food https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&start=120&select=IwK6jloTkDRzbn6oZiJJfA wasn't happening for me, the prices were elevated (especially the food), and the service was good. Furry family members were allowed outside! Daily happy hour specials (2pm-5pm) and almost certain nightly entertainment such as trivia, music, and more was available. I found very good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $98.00 BEFORE any discounts, points usage, and/or tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice... AMEX! 4.0 STARS
