I did a consult with her before the wedding where she walked through her entire process and we discussed what the wedding design is like, as well as what hair and makeup would work best for my dress and venue. The day of the wedding she got along swimmingly with my friends and family and was incredibly supportive during those little stressful moments that inevitably happen. However, about ten minutes after I left the salon my brows continued stinging. I looked Into a mirror and saw that my eyebrows were completely burned. You can see the injuries in the photos, but my skin was burned from the wax. I called to ask for a refund, but I was asked to come all the way back to the salon so they could examine the eyebrows for themselves. They were very defensive when I mentioned my burns, and they did not offer me an apology. As I couldn't come back to the salon afterwards, I did not get a refund either.
