The instructor, Suri, was often harsh and made my child feel singled out in front of the class. She frequently corrected my child while overlooking similar behavior from other students. My child was consistently placed in the back, while other students were given more freedom and attention. As a parent, it was upsetting and disappointing to witness this treatment firsthand. Every child deserves to be encouraged and treated fairly in a learning environment. Because of this experience, we will not be returning to this studio and cannot recommend it to others.

This ensures she can provide your child with the best practices to elevate their acro skills. Her background and knowledge are unmatched!

Sarajane is something special. Beautiful, talented, gorgeous, funny, elegant (ok Im obsessed), truly a goddess. Her energy fills the room the moment she walks in -- joyful, fun, and completely contagious. What sets her apart is how she breaks down technique in a way that actually clicks. No confusion, no frustration, just real progress you can feel. Now I actually look forward to Mondays (never thought I'd say that), I'm dancing three or four times a week, and I've even started going to socials at the Lighthouse with people from class. So glad I found the studio!

They have plenty of space and they also have nice lights on the wall! They also have Bluetooth speaker too. The staff was really nice in helping us and answering any questions we had on renting the space. My friends was really happy with renting the space and will rent again for a future event. Overall I would highly recommend this place for taking dance classes and renting the space Parking: They have street parking available and most street parking is free after 6pm.

I am so obsessed with this studio. The owners, Yaya and Hillary are such incredibly strong women that have cultivated a fun and safe community to work out in. I love all the clients and the sense of community. The studio itself is adorable- it is bright, sunny, and puts you instantly in a good mood. All their equipment is clean and up to date. They provide everything you need for class. My favorite thing about Shine is the "move to the beat" theme they have in every class. Music always motivates me to work out harder, so this is something I appreciate immensely. I also love their pillars of working out for yourself and for no one else. It's not about how you look, it's about how you feel. They work out not to get skinny, or lose fat-- but to feel better and create those endorphins because every body is beautiful, no matter what size :)

I loved the Reiki Movement class I took on Sunday evening…read more Erin was a very welcoming instructor. She started off by going around and giving everyone individual Reiki. I felt the heat in her hands and even teared up a couple times. She then led a meditation journey which helped me get in my body. As a beginner I felt comfortable and enjoyed the whole experience.

The dance team and studio director Jami Gobee puts an enormous amount of stress on these dancers and then criticizes them when they can't handle the stress. She refused to allow any medical accommodations that were provided, and repeatedly told us that she knows more as a dancer than our surgical doctor and therefore wouldn't accept the notes!! Instead of allowing accommodations, she made punishing threats and forced my child to take all of her classes when she was injured and sick. With every request, I received a cold and rigid response like the one copied from the other reviewer. Jami and her dance teachers regularly humiliated and ridiculed my child for her anxiety when they were the root cause of that anxiety, and told her that her dancing was getting worse (I wonder why....). Anxiety increased exponentially during her time at Fusion, and dropped almost instantly once we left. Jami told the entire dance team not to talk to us when we left, which speaks volumes to her character. They are all afraid of this woman. I would love to say that this is a good studio, but Jami creates an unhealthy environment for youth that I would not recommend to anyone. So unfortunate and so misguided.
