THIS DENTIST IS RACIST, DO NOT GO TO HIM!!!! Me (a white skinned woman) and my boyfriend (a black man) have went to this dentist about 3 times and had a fourth appointment which we ultimately cancelled. We both needed a root canal and crown, after the initial visit which was a cleaning and xray, the dentist tells us our insurance covers the root canal and crown and that we would need to pay a co-pay which was ~$1500, which we paid immediately when asked and never had no issues. after our 3rd appointment the dentist has his receptionist man call me and say the insurance didn't cover anything, this was on 6/20/23, which they also immediately mailed me a bill dated 6/20 as well for almost $5k. Since then me and the insurance have been non-stop calling the dentist trying to get a discount which my insurance provides. The whole time the insurance got them on the phone maybe like 2 times, one where the receptionist man said he doesn't know what im talking about, then eventually July 1st the receptionist called my phone telling me that they will provide the discount of 20% (mind you our appointment was scheduled for July 3) as i'm on the phone with the receptionist I tell him I will have to cancel because I cannot afford the price they are giving me since I was under the impression by them that the insurance covered it, AND ALSO I WAS TRYING FOR TWO WEEKS. The dentist got on the phone telling me I have to pay even though since the crown is already made, which typically I get, but not if i been trying to contact you for 2 weeks before the crown was even made. And the he starts yelling at me, in which my boyfriend gets on the phone and starts yelling back and eventually we we say if we cannot handle this on the phone then we will come in person and the dentist says PLEASE COME, so we hang up and make our way. About 20 mins later while we are in the car, the police call my phone from the dentist phone number. When we arrive at the dentist there is arguing and yell and the police threaten to arrest us even though we did nothing wrong, this is all based off what the dentist told them and lied about. And as im arguing with the dentist he tells us he's not scared of us (which we made no threats or anything so there would be no reason for you to say that.) My boyfriend says so if you aren't scared then why is there 4 police cars here, and the dentist says they aren't here for me they're here for you, and proceeds to call my boyfriend a THUG. which was uncalled for because my boyfriend did nothing to the dentist and when we call him out on being racist, the dentist looks to the ONLY black officer saying "what's racist" and I tell him his actions in itself are racist and how is my bf a thug and I'm not when I have the same energy as him. To top it all off, after the initial cleaning, the dentist chipped one of my bf's teeth which has been causing him more pain and we notified him of that, and he was suppose to look at it on our july 3 appointment, which never happened. Ultimately the dentist agreed to take off the crown since that was not yet serviced, but refused to give me a bill reflecting that so I could review and pay. He demanded I pay the remainder first before he shows me a bill and takes it off. I refused and he threatened to send me to collections after 30 days if i don't pay. Not sure how I can pay if i don't have a bill. Regardless I contacted my attorney and we will be handling this in court if the dentist choses to. read more

Warning!!!!!! Stay away from this guy if you want to save your teeth!!!!! I was treated by him back in 2014 and he screwed up my root canal!!! Because of him, I have lived with soooooo much pain for months and years and I had to see multiple specialists to fix my tooth. This nightmare costed me over $10K!!!! Please, please stay away from him. I'm telling you my worst experience in my life because of this incompetent, horrible liar. Dr Zieno Samer, extracted a bottom Molar today, and it was painless. He is professional, as is his staff. I highly reccomend him.

I had a very disappointing experience, would rate 0 if it was possible. On initial consult agreed on pricing for extractions and implant however was given completely different charges (almost triple)after procedure was done. When I informed dr that charges were invalid and it should be revised, he replied that it's his " private fees " and this is what he will charge my insurance. I have attempted to work out compromise but dr refused to listen and hung up on me, when I called back his assistant told me that he is unavailable. It's seems that he is only trying to max out insurance money and doesn't care about his patients. He has a very bad bedside manner and always seems irritated, during procedure was asked inappropriate question " Are you a muslim? The people deserve to know what they're going to get into before starting a root canal process. I don't have time to waste writing "fake" reviews about your practice. He pulls a scam- lets people pay for root canal, but does not remove all the pulp and nerve-so the patient will eventually have pain then he will charge for more work or an implant. My experience at Samer Zeino office was the worst ever. I have never wrote a bad review for anyone, but this experience mDe me write this review. I paid $500 to whiten my teeth and they turned yellow, stained yellow. When I called with my concerns I was told that I should had not expect more having used my teeth for more than 40 years. Unprofessional, money hungry, incompetent, fraudulent "Dentist". Ended up paying MORE for invisalign procedure, which was listed for 2,500 through Groupon that wasn't even done correctly.He just advertised that price to get you in the office then he added more fees. He has no passion for his job and it shows in his work! He will rush you to pay the entire fee upfront as well. At the end of the invisalign process, I was told by another dentist (a top dentist in NJ) that my bite was off. Which causes grinding, chipped teeth, jaw pain and headaches. I now have an Orthodontist that removed teeth and will fix the issues I told him I wanted corrected. BTW He is not an Orthodontist, just a general Dentist! I went to Dr. Zeino the first time this week for a cleaning as I just moved to the area and had to switch dentists. I was a little skeptical since there are some crazy reviews on here...but being that the reviews seemed pretty crazy I figured as much. Dr. Zeino was great and did a really thorough cleaning. He was very gentle and was great at speaking to me about everything he was doing which was nice so there was no surprises. My family and I have been going to Dr. Zeino for over a decade. He has done nothing but EXCEPTIONAL work on my teeth, and believe me I've needed plenty of it. Went to Doctor Zeino for a simple cleaning. Very unprofessional had to remind him to put on gloves. For the next appointment I asked to reschedule for different time same day. Zocdoc had his entire afternoon open. He was VERY nasty on phone and hung on me. I called again and recorded him this time. He got even nastier. Feel free to reach out to me I'll share it. My first appointment NOBODY else was there, I should have known something was up. looking at other reviews this is how he operates (over billing insurance company, root canals gone bad), wish I would have looked up reviews before initial appointment. I'm writing on behalf of my aunt, who is a Senior Citizen and has been taken advantage of by this fraud. She paid him $15,000 CASH to replace her current implants. He said he was going to improve what she currently had. The work was sloppy and created mouth pain where there was none. She's not able to wear the new product. She went back to this dentist to ask that he adjust/fix the work and was rude and refused. SHE IS OVER 70 YEARS OLD!!?!?!? This fraud refused to accept that his work was bad instead of working with her to fix the problem. Even the employees in his office admitted to my Aunt that he does bad work. She has no recourses to recuperate her money and can't afford to go to another dentist for help. It is ridiculous that's someone's EGO won't let them accept they made a mistake and try to correct the situation. Avoid distress, go elsewhere for your dental needs. read more

My whole family is visiting Dr.Zeino's office for more than 10 years. We always had a pleasant experience. He is passionate about his work. He has great humor which definitely a positive thing when you are going through the root canal procedure. He has a very good, steady, firm and clever hand to perform every task without any issues or complications. Every job he performed on my teeth was perfect at the first run and no complications afterward. He always made sure that the job was done perfectly as it was described in the textbook. I am pleased that this dentist offered the Invisalign at such a reduced cost through Groupon. Although it was a bit of a drive for me, I am so glad that I saved thousands of dollars. Luckily, I was able to get second opinions about the whole Invisalign procedure from a long distance friend who is a dentist, my own dentist, as well as very basic internet searches which will tell you the opposite of what I was told in the office. There were definitely some recommendations that I did not feel were correct from this office (like the advice that I could drink hot coffee while the retainers are in, and that it wasn't a big deal if my buttons fell off). The office staff and dentist are generally friendly, although I got the feeling that since they knew I was not going to stay on as a regular patient that they kind of brushed me off. Often I felt like the long trips for my check-ins were disappointing as it seemed like the dentist rushed through the visits, but perhaps he really did do a thorough job as I have no other experience to compare this to. I would recommend daytime appointments if possible (they seem to overbook the evenings).Bottom line, if you are able to have an express Invisalign, I would recommend this office for the price. read more

Dr. Zeino is our family dentist since 2009. He had done multiple root canal procedures for me. I am very happy with his treatment. Also the staff is very friendly. This hygenic office makes me feel I am getting my treatment in a secure environment. And the way he explains the procedures before I go through them, makes me understand my problems and solitons better. He is very successful at his field.
