Turns out the sinus infection I had was the culprit but all good now! I came back for a cleaning today and had an excellent experience. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the facility is clean and smells nice, and most importantly, I was thrilled with the service! The dental hygienist was AMAZING!! She made me feel so comfortable and was so knowledgeable; she made me look at flossing in such a different way! LOVED HER! I was seen on time and was in and out in less than 30-minutes. I have an excellent dentist that I used to go to in the city by my previous employer and have been dreading finding a provider in Brooklyn, but I am so happy I found this gem of a place and am very excited for them to be my new go-to for everything teeth!

They ruined my smile and then ghosted me…read more This clinic is unprofessional and careless. I went in for Botox on my forehead and masseter. This is the same treatment I've had many times elsewhere with flawless results. The first round here didn't work at all. I went back for a touch-up, paid another $800. It still didn't work. I was told it was an issue with the botox. Despite paying essentially paying double, I decided to let that go and go get the third round of Botox. By the third round, my forehead was finally frozen - but my smile was destroyed. The left side now looks like I'm grimacing instead of smiling, and only with effort can I force it to look halfway normal. My natural smile is gone. I reached out with photos and a video showing the damage and specifically asked not to deal with the same injector who had already failed me twice. The very next day, he was the one who contacted me anyway. After I sent clear proof of the issue, the clinic disappeared and never responded. They took my money, botched my face, and ghosted me when I complained. Absolutely unacceptable - avoid this place at all costs.

I made the call to set up an appointment and was able to schedule in the same week. When I went in for a consultation, Dr. Chawla explained clearly about the procedure that was going to happen with the really cool scientific 3D model and even asked me to ask some questions in case anything was confusing. The day of the procedure, I came into this office fully being prepared for the pain during and after the wisdom teeth extraction surgery. I was scared to be put under, stuck with needles, I had the notion I would be super uncomfortable for the next week after the surgery and possibly bedridden cause of the pain, but it was the complete opposite! The procedure went super well! I barely felt any pain at all throughout the day of the surgery and the following days after, only MINOR discomfort! Everyone in the office was so kind and made sure I was taken care of. Dr. Chawla called me the night of to check up on me and make sure I was okay and I had a follow up phone call from the office the very next day. I have had many dentists telling me that I needed implants to replace the missing molars for various reasons but it wasn't until 4 years later on March 2022 when Best Dental helped me with my first dental surgery and getting me started on the restoration for my dental health. Two days before surgery, Dr. Rizk started his treatment plan and medication to put me on my best foot forward for surgery. On the morning of my surgery I was still very nervous and expecting a lot of pain. The surgery lasted about 1 hour, and in that hour I can tell you the only pain I felt was from the anesthesia needle in the beginning. After the surgery I continued to feel normal and it was amazing! Aside from some swelling and slight pain the recovery process was easy and I was even able to chew on solid food the same night after my surgery.
