Everyone who works here is so welcoming and friendly.They ensure to take every precaution nessessary to ensure all areas were sanitary. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk receptionist/manager, Dayana, who handles all scheduling calls and messages. I am the one who always schedules appointments for my family. Any changes should go through me. However, Dayana contacted my husband directly and changed his appointment without informing me. He doesn't drive, and that day was already hectic for me -- driving back and forth, managing a busy work schedule, and now trying to rearrange everything last minute. To make matters worse, I had an appointment on Monday, July 28 at 5:00 PM. I arrived early at 4:45 PM, only to be told my appointment didn't exist -- or had been moved to a different office, without any proper notice. They sent a text, but I was working and couldn't read it, and no one followed up with a phone call. They said they couldn't accommodate me. It felt like they changed the schedule just to fill a canceled spot, without considering the disruption caused to me and my family. I've always respected their time -- I wish they had shown the same respect to mine. I hope the office reconsiders how appointments and communications are handled, especially for long-time patients.

I had been treated by Marijana for all of my previous visits. This past week Dr. Tsimis installed a crown...a normally involved procedure requiring two visits. He treated the damaged tooth, measured and prepped me in 45 minutes. To my amazement one half hour later my new crown was ready and perfectly fit to my satisfaction. They now have the technology to fabricate a permanent crown. I think it is awesome. Bravo to Dr. Marlen, Dr. Tsimis and the entire staff! When I inquired about booking, he stated that my appointment was already booked without asking me any general or intake questions. I then asked how the appointment was booked and requested confirmation, but he claimed not to know because he was "new." When I asked for his name, he refused, stating he did not have to provide it or accept me as a client, and then abruptly hung up on me. This interaction was not only unprofessional but could also be viewed as discriminatory and unethical. I personally have a witness who experienced his lack of professionalism and is willing to provide a statement if necessary. I request that this matter be addressed promptly, that appropriate disciplinary action be taken, and that I receive a written response outlining the steps you will take to prevent similar incidents in the future. I will be making a complaint with the state attorney general, and BBB.

I have been seeing them for several months now and feel bad I am only now posting a review. I just had a crown added today! I had a root canal before that of course. I had to go see them because biting down on food caused pain deep in my gums (terrible feeling). I had to trust the reviews and see them right away. When I think of going to the dentist I think of the movie "The Marathon Man". I try to leave my body during any procedure I think might be painful. This is why it's so important that you are under the care of someone you can trust is professional. In all my experiences I was clear Good Morning Dental was professional. They knew what they were doing even if sometimes a procedure was not comfortable, I know I was in much better shape than I would be if I didn't have the procedure. I highly recommend them. I laugh at the 4 Star review here about Dr Park. My Dentist was very much the same way. He said "Open", "You can now rinse" and "the chair is going to go back". He did not ask me "What is the frequency?" Ha, ha. However, his work was very professional and on point. I see it like this. Would you like someone who is very friendly but inexperienced or experienced but not very friendly but not mean either. I would not go out and have beer with my dentist but if I need help with a dental issue, I know I could count on him. Also, people may be shy or from different cultures that are used to behaving differently than we might want them to. That does not negate their many years of dental school. If you want someone friendlier hang out with the receptionist and dental assistant. At least they hire friendly staff. I will admit I had to be more generous in my view of my doctor because I feel they could have been more interactive and taken more initiative to tell me what to do after the procedure, but I took responsibility by asking the questions I wanted answered. My experience of the service was top notch, and I am very appreciative of that their care and their many long years of dental education. I could never do that. I laugh again and wonder if there is a part of dentist school that teaches dentist how to be friendly. As long as they employ friendly staff I don't care.
