I didn't get to thank Dr. Saoud as he was with patients. It really meant a lot to me the way they cared for me today. I get scared at Doctors offices, and this was very special how they treated me. I even got to rest a long time after, in the dentist chair and drank tea. And, they played classical piano music which really helped a lot. I don't really know how to properly say thanks. I went in for a routine cleaning, but unfortunately, I will not be coming back. The dentist chair still had dirty napkins from the previous patient, and I waited almost 40 minutes before my cleaning started. The office was very loud, with music playing and staff yelling across the room to communicate, which felt unprofessional and unpleasant. The cleaning itself was the fastest and roughest I've ever had. There is NO WAY this clinic will stay in business no way it's impossible. I had a little chip and one of my amalgam fillings. This young lad looked in my wet mouth for four seconds and said you need a crown on that tooth. I told him there was a chip on it to please file with your hand tool or little bit of patch it he said he was gonna charge me 150 for the filing and the x-rays he never gave me x-rays. I was in the seat for not even 30 seconds and they charge me 150 it's a rip off place don't even bother going here. Don't even bother going here. Amazing care by Dr. Saoud, Ilona the Hygenist and his crew. I know I drove them crazy (even if they were kind to say I didn't). I was treated great, and things were explained. Dr. Saoud, Ilona and the crew made sure to be gentle during the exams and especially the procedures. Great prices and I'm blessed they worked with me, knowing unfortunate situations I was challenged with. My only challenge is getting there without a car and I'm hoping I can figure it out! Ordinarily I'd walk from Garden State Plaza, but this weather ugh no way. The snowbanks are too high to see anything. I'm hoping I can figure it out because I do wanna come back and I recommend highly. read more

Terrible. Overbooked without enough workers. Only one dentist was working and was bouncing between patients. Extremely rough, they caused two cuts inside my cheek. No water or rinsing in the seats. Patients sharing a sink to spit and wash. It was disgusting. Took X-rays and proceeded to cut into my gums for an implant, once inside realized there is not enough bone. When asked what was the remedy for the missing tooth now, they actually said "nothing". I clarified, "forever?" They said "yes". That is simply not true. But bc they couldn't make money off of me, they said "nothing". Terrible on so so many levels. Go anywhere else. read more

I found myself in a very difficult dental situation with nowhere to turn. I walked past this practice. And when entered was welcomed with warmth at reception and clear information on how they were able to assist me. Their pricing was extremely reasonable! I 1000% recommend Dr. Shrayman and his staff, also the front desk young lady Korine (sorry I may have butchered your name) and his great work, and the excellent service and treatment. All work has been done, pain free if I may add, leaves you wanting to get back to your next appointment as soon as possible. I visited the paramus office for the first time a couple of weeks ago for a cleaning and unfortunately did not leave satisfied. The X-ray assistant took 30 mins to take X-rays of my mouth, which has never been the case, it's always been 5 minutes at most. She wasn't very friendly and at one point left and came back minutes later with no communication. The doctor then came and spoke in a condescending tone and had terrible bedside manor. I was expecting a personable doctor with the reviews I read and was extremely disappointed. The tools they use to clean your teeth are super abrasive and use high frequency which are terrible for sensitive teeth. Only lazy dentists who take the easy way out use them. Major bummer that this place didn't exceed my expectations, but actually didn't live up to them at all. Not the right way to run a practice. read more

I Didn't know how much of a coward I was until I went to the dentist. As I walked toward the fear chambers, I came across the friendliest staff I ever met at Dental 360 in Paramus, NJ. I felt like part of the Dental hygienic family tree, Despite my dramatic phobias already kicking in, I must give a shout-out to Dr. Saoud for dealing with my phobias because he displayed so much patience, and understanding, that others wouldn't have. Dr. Saoud's sense of humor calmed my anxieties and my breathing & heart rate went back to normal. I felt bad for the nurse whose hand was probably losing circulation from me holding her so tight. Dr. Saoud has a keen eye for detail, was pretty fast-handed, and knew what he was doing. The cost was mentioned upfront before any procedure with no hidden agendas somewhere on the bottom page of your invoice in Font #3. I have been to other dentists that have exaggerated what my needs were to make more money. So it was a relief to find a doctor with integrity, who advised against unnecessary treatment. Totally recommend Dr. Saoud your dentist. Thanks to the art of storytelling, even a mundane experience can become an engrossing tale of bravery. read more

I was very apprehensive about going to a highway dentist and wouldn't have considered it if it wasn't an emergency. I have left with a excellent dental repair and found my new dentist. Don't let the location discourage you. read more

This place is amazing! I had to go in to get four cavities filled, and I have an aversion to needles, so I generally never like the dentist, but it honestly was not bad at all. There was only a five minute wait before I was able to see my dentist (Dr. S), and the receptionist was super nice. Once I sat in the chair, it was only about half an hour later until he was done with all four. No needle was used, and I didn't feel a thing! He explained everything he was doing and made sure everything was covered by my insurance beforehand, which I appreciated. I was also able to get everything done in one visit, which is always a plus, since most places have you come back! read more

First off, Doctor S. Is amazing with children. My kids love him. We are new to the area so this was their first time seeing their new dentist. He made them laugh and made them feel so at ease for their cleanings. My daughter actually wanted to go back again this week cause she had so much fun getting her teeth cleaned. As for myself who HATES the dentist, He is fantastic. I was a little worried cause he looked so young but do not let that deceive you. He knows his stuff. I have a few issues going on and he pulled my X-rays and gave me a detailed and thorough explanation of everything. I have never had that before. The staff as well is so friendly and both hygienists are fantastic and make you feel like we have been friends for years. The office is also spotless which is another plus in my book. I normally don't write reviews, esp. for a dentist, but I was very impressed with the service and work I got from them. First and foremost I hate going to the dentist and the reason I left my other dental office was because they ALWAYS made me wait at least thirty minutes until seeing me. I am writing this review because I am honestly very impressed with the office. Leslie was great with following up on my insurance and Dr. S was great at explaining what I needed and the best part was he wiggled my cheek for me when giving a needle which helped alot. The work was great and most importantly everything was completed on the SAME visit which is awesome because most offices have you come back to get things done. So New Year's Eve 15 minutes after the ball dropped I slipped and completely busted out my two front teeth. Being a singer I was panicking. I called and they were kind enough to fit me in for the first appointment when the office opened after the holiday. The staff was kind and understanding and talked me through everything. The doctor was young so initially I was nervous but he ended up being absolutely outstanding and an amazing perfectionist. He molded me for a crown and veneers and put my temporaries in that literally could pass as the real thing. Being a college student they also helped me form an affordable pay plan.
