I have placed two orders with the guys over at SameDay Signs. Both times I received impecable service and the canvas art that I have gotten is always flawless. I ordered two Chicago skyline canvases. One was for over the TV in sepia (long and narrow) and the other was a three panel skyline of Chicago in black and white. I love the fact that the team there will work with me to fit it into my budget by customizing the size of the canvas! They called me to make sure I remembered my stuff was ready to be picked up, and all around are amazing. I completely recommend them to anyone as the quality is truly incredible! This review was originally written when Ryan and his team were transitioning from working as QSC Design, to working under the name SameDay Signs. I changed the name accordingly. I recently opened a small business of my own and was looking for a small overhanging sign to put over my shop's front door. I saw a sign over a cafe on Halsted that more or less resembled the style I was going for (rounded edges, curlicued bracket, softer colors), and called the cafe to ask who'd made their sign -- they referred me to Ryan at SameDay Signs. I called Ryan to set up a meeting, and he met me at my shop's location, where we discussed what I was looking for. I didn't have to labor over my description; he understood what I wanted from my sign. I had been considering window graphics with my info on them, and since his company also does these, I let him mock up some designs for me. When I got the rough draft of the designs for the sign and for the nuanced window graphics (in lavender, with an elegant typeface!), I began to get excited about the exterior of my shop in a whole new way! I needed some new business cards printed as well, and he was able to work with an existing design, changing the layout, altering the size and shape, the color of the paper, the color of the ink ... and I loved the end results! I always get compliments on these cards and plan to get some more printed within a few weeks! To keep from being too long-winded, I love what SameDay Signs has done for my business. Over multiple meetings, many emails, phone calls, etc -- and two printings of business cards and three printings of postcards, to boot -- Ryan and his team helped me establish the esthetic and feel I'd wanted for my shop from the beginning. He worked with me to find solutions within my budget, which put my mind at ease. The quality of everything they printed for me and put on the exterior of the shop was top-notch, and Ryan could not have been more helpful with my questions and my need to get the look just right. After being in business for almost three years, the few little things that I've asked of SameDay Signs (reprinting business cards, altering some lettering on my street-facing windows, etc) have been attended to promptly and efficiently. I have now gotten maybe 10 different signs from IJ and Ryan for my new business, Free Range Office - mostly vinyl and silicone of different sizes for everything from windows to doorbell to interior paneling. They are so creative, fast and friendly - and the price is reasonable for all the service you receive. I highly recommend this business b/c they know exactly what they're doing, they can take the initiative based on a short description, and will make sure to deliver a great result, fast. If you want your sign to be installed cheaply and fall down and potentially cause serious harm to a pedestrian use this company. After 1 month of installing a sign for an office I consult at, the sign came flying down. Luckily, it did not hurt anyone. I called Ryan to address the situation, I did not get a response. I called and left messages, no reply. It has been 2 months since the sign fell, and I have STILL not received any kind of response from Ryan. Prior to paying and installing, Ryan would respond quickly, now that there is a problem with the shoddy installation, I get no response. This sign could have lead to a major lawsuit if it harmed someone, Ryan does not seem to care. read more

Soo just got my canvas print back (my first one ever) and it looks oh so good! I am so pleased I discovered this shop! Not only is it amazing work, the customer service is superb ... these guys are super nice and friendly! Plus, I was willing to spend the money, every other printing store costs bundles and bundles of money for stretched canvas prints, but SameDay Signs was very reasonable and so easy to work with. The guys at Same Day Signs are amazing! They have made my business come to life! They have produced unbelievable projects from billboard size to business card size. Everything is done wonderfully, professionally, and they are great guys to work with! Over the years I never had a problem with anything and now I just send them an idea and they make it appear at the snap of my fingers, which is the best with my constant changing schedule! I trust anything they say as far as what would look best. If I could post pictures of their work I would. The canvases are such a special way to hang that special picture.
