If I could give this funeral home zero stars, I would. The main person we ve talked to, Kathy, is…read moreone of the most uncaring people we have ever dealt with. You would think since this is a funeral home and they are dealing with customers who have lost loved ones, they would be helpful and understanding...but they are not. It has been over a year since my grandfather has died in May 2011 and we have not received a grave marker. The grave marker is supposed to be for both of my grandparents. When my grandpa passed away, we put my grandmother's ashes with him so they could be buried together, the way they wanted. We paid for it in full back in September of 2011, and now it s June of 2012 and we have nothing. When we call to find out when it will be done, they have no answers and are extremely unhelpful. She yelled at my aunt on the phone, so I called to speak to her calmly, Kathy was getting very hot on the phone with me as well. They said there is a company that does the grave markers for them, but they will not provide us with the company's name so we can contact them directly. I would not recommend this funeral home to anyone. We are on the verge of contacting our bank or an attorney about fraud since we ve paid for something we haven t received. No one wants to be out a few thousand dollars and not have any idea when they will receive what they paid for. This is a horrible funeral home!!!

I cannot get this sucker stuck where my garden tractor with locking differential normally would. Very comfortable platform, and it will mow that grass. I had an issue with the B&S engine on it, needed servicing, a warranty repair thing. I brought the mower to a local authorized Briggs repair center (Arlington Power Equipment), they were a joke! Held it for 10 days until they could get to it, then just did a quick looksee, nothing was repaired, they just totally left me hanging! So I contacted Bradley directly, they sent out their guy to come up here to pick up the mower. He haul it down to Bradley IL to their service center, they got it fixed and delivered back to me within a week. I'm quite happy with the mower and happy with the follow-up service.
