My 100 gallon commercial water heater was having problem providing consistent hot water for almost two weeks. I sent out a request on Yelp, asking for any interested party for repair service. Tanner replied and was able to come in a few hours. Unfortunately, because the heater has been working on and off, on the day he came, the heater was working and showing no errors code. He couldn't really diagnose but suspect maybe the issue is due to the circulation pump. I called Tanner the seconds day while the water heater was down. He came and saw the shown error code, indicating possible issues that's causing the inconsistent hot water. He called the manufacturer on the spot and found out it was due to a dirty flame sensor. Tanner cleaned the sensor and now the water heater is working again. I was worry I had to get a new heater because the previous plumber I hired told me it was due to the age of the heater.
