The employees here are so friendly and upbeat and always willing to help out! I remember one time I came in, and one of my envelopes that contained some VERY SENSITIVE INFORMATION came up missing from my pick up request. Abe must have spent about 20 minutes looking up and down and around for my envelope. He ended up finding it in the similarly numbered box then mine, whomever put it away must have just jumbled the numbers around but I was SO RELIEVED that not only did he find it but he was so empathic even after.
