Thank you, Abe and Gemma!…read more I've been a customer of PostalAnnx through PostScanMail for over a year, and every time I come into this place, I'm always greeted with a warm and welcoming hello! The employees here are so friendly and upbeat and always willing to help out! I remember one time I came in, and one of my envelopes that contained some VERY SENSITIVE INFORMATION came up missing from my pick up request. Abe must have spent about 20 minutes looking up and down and around for my envelope. He ended up finding it in the similarly numbered box then mine, whomever put it away must have just jumbled the numbers around but I was SO RELIEVED that not only did he find it but he was so empathic even after. I'm a happy and satisfied customer after being in business with them for over a year, and I don't plan on stopping any time soon! 5/5, highly recommended!

Her customer service has been consistently outstanding over the years, and she's one of the main reasons I keep coming back. It's so rare to find someone who is always so kind, super knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. Because of her, I've referred several friends and family members here without hesitation.
