The price may look attractive at first, but the actual work and the final cost tell a very different story. Having several cars, I have a good experience of repair shops and garages. The work done here was minimal, several small parts were damaged and left for the customer to replace, and even basic scratches were not properly addressed. More concerning, they proved a serious lack of knowledge when it comes to the vehicle's electronics or critical components. The sensor system was completely mishandled and ultimately required additional repairs elsewhere (at my own expense). Antonio may look so sweet and pleasant, but unfortunately the quality of the work is opposite to the impression they give. I strongly recommend avoid this shop.

UPDATE 9/18/26: STILL NO RESOLUTION…read more Unfortunately, despite Justin responding to me and repeatedly saying he was "trying" to resolve this, my vehicle is STILL sitting at Toyota of Denton and has not been repaired. On September 11, Justin told me in writing that he would be speaking with Toyota that day to work toward a resolution. He also acknowledged that After The Storm had been unable to determine the cause of the headlight issue and confirmed that warranty work would be handled by his shop. I made it very clear that after approximately 11 months and multiple opportunities for After The Storm to correct the problems, I was not authorizing my vehicle to be taken back to their shop yet again. Toyota has already diagnosed the issue, and I simply want the necessary repairs completed properly so I can finally have my vehicle back. It is now September 18, another week has passed, and nothing has been resolved. Toyota has again been unable to get the necessary follow-through from Justin, and I am once again left without meaningful communication or a concrete resolution. I continue to hear that he is "trying," but there is still no action, payment, completed repair, or date for when I will get my vehicle back. My insurance paid this shop over $19,000, and I paid a $2,500 deductible. This repair began October 23, 2025. Nearly a YEAR later, my vehicle is still not properly repaired. At this point, promises to "make it right" mean very little without action. I need After The Storm to follow through, honor its warranty obligations, work with Toyota, and get my vehicle repaired and returned to me. I will continue updating this review until this situation is actually resolved.

They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. Multiple, convenient ways to pay. Cannot say enough good about this business (I almost want to call it a service), and Shannon who came and did all the work. Top notch, down-to-earth good neighbors.
