I don't go anywhere else to get my eyebrows done. Only one time I ever decided not to go to Sama's and I went to a highly reviewed eyebrow place and the lady accidentally threaded my EYELASH!! Smh. Took that as a sign to never go anywhere else lol. Sans does a great job, she isn't too aggressive and cleans up the eyebrows nicely. Oh my god. This amazing lady is a miracle worker!!! I went in for threading for my first time and an eyebrow tint. She sat me in the chair and threaded them so fast with minimal pain! Then she tinted them and made sure they were even. The end result was more than I could have hoped for. I have tried shaping my own brows and honestly thought I had no hope for them. I have never once cried before leaving a place as I have today. I get my eyebrows done here all of the time. Today I had gotten them done by a different lady.. she's apparently the owner and the "only one who works there" even though I've had a different person AT THIS LOCATION do my eyebrows the 5 times I've been over the past few months. Devastated is an understatement. My eyebrows were my favorite part of my face and she completely ruined them. I can't even look in the mirror without crying and that's such a horrible feeling. She literally told me "well if you don't like it you can leave you don't have to pay then" .. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for YEARS. My eyebrows have always been the "perfect" shape and just needed a clean up. I have never once ever had this happen. And she had ZERO compassion and blamed it on my eyebrow shape. And she had the nerve to rush me out of the chair so she could tend to her next customer instead of trying to figure out how this could be fixed possibly. I walked into Sama eyebrows and threading with a full face of thick Latina hair. Sama herself greeted me, and told me to sign in as she threaded another woman's brows. The room smelled of incense accompanied with the soothing sound of Hindustani music. About 2 minutes later, Sama was ready for me. She greeted me with a smile and recognized I was a new client. I told her I like my brows thick and just needed a little clean up and she did just that. After she threaded my mustache hairs she noticed I had some little chinny hairs and cleaned those up, too. She then asked me if I wanted my brows tinted and I said yes. I can't tell you how life changing it was to have my brows tinted by her. The tint lasted forever and I didn't have to fill in my brows.
