I have came here for probably 15 years. At first, I had an older lady that I assume is the original owner and she must have retired. But there are usually two other gals there and both have done a great job with eyebrows and full facial threading for years. People always ask me the name and I just know the location at Albertsons on Boulder highway. It is in a non descript strip mall, but very clean and professional always. Not sure when or how someone told me to go There years ago. I've never had a bad experience. read more

Just had my eyebrows threaded and she did an amazing job. The vibe of this place was very relaxing and the music I. The background was very relaxing g as well. Had this done back in 2010 and it was very painful but absolutely no pain this time. Honestly it turned out better than a waxing. Today i decided to try brow lamination and she left me looking like i had sharpie all over my brows. Thick and dark. It was not what i was expecting. I have never had an issue here with just threading but this was terrible. I had to go home and scrub as much of the tint off as i could. I hate to complain but it is just not what i wanted. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would Myself and little sister on Thursday has services of eyebrow threading and tinting I have had my eyebrows threaded in the past at another location with no incident Thursday evening I was fine on Monday my eyebrows were itching and burning so badly I thought I would scratch my face off I took numerous benadryl hydrocortisone and and anbiotics I emailed the store to respond I called and i was hung up on to the fax machine so early Sunday morning after hours at urgent care a steriod shot 5 days of steriods and creams antihistamines and pain and here's the kicker they didn't want to return my money until they saw my face they refused to return my money and settled on a 30 check I paid 60 no empathy no nothing Here's the thing do a patch test or allergy test or ask some questions with the energy like oh well pictures included There is no attachment button BEWARE read more

Took my children to get their eyebrows done for a wedding. We walked in at 1000a and fortunately the place was empty. All three had the pleasure of having Elka thread their brows. She was very meticulous, and showed care in cleaning up 2 of them and shaping the 3rd one for the first time. The shop is very clean and tidy . And the prices were very reasonable. I've been coming to this place for about half a year now. I don't know the lady's name but she does a great job. I think it's Endra. She always leaves my eyebrows looking clean and just the way I'd like. (Many threading places have made my eyebrows too thin countless times) which is why I've continued to come here. The only issue is being understaffed. Every time I come in, there is one person doing everything. Doing services, charging clients, and answering phones. There's been a long wait lately due to there being only one employee. I've been waiting 30+ minutes now for my eyebrows and have 2 people ahead of me. The employee always tells me that she called the other employee to come in so it can be a shorter wait but I always end up having to wait for the one that's already here. Other than that issue, the service is great and I don't trust anybody else with my eyebrows. read more

My first time here today! Found them on Google with really great reviews, and located on the same strip as Albertson's on Boulder Highway. Never tried threading, and I don't know what took me this long to try it!! Needless to say, I was greeted with exceptional friendliness when I first called for same day appointment, and Indra, who answered the call, was extremely friendly and told me to just walk in today with no problems. When I entered the salon, I was also received with warm welcomes from Indra and Laxmi. I only waited for about 5 minutes, maybe less before Indra took care of me. She let me know there may be little pain, and I let her get started on my eyebrows first, and it was just a sweeping motion, and felt no pain or discomfort. It just feels like a rubbing sensation, is all. Waxing makes you feel a lingering burn and sensitivity right after, but this was AMAZING! Upper lip around closest to the lips was a TEENY bit of pain, but nothing you can't bear. It goes away quickly compared to waxing that you know skin was just ripped from you. Sideburns in certain areas that were higher towards the hairlines, I did feel. The slight stinging didn't linger though, I do want to give a heads up that you will feel it there mostly. She also cleansed the areas with Witch Hazel, which is absolutely wonderful inflammation and great as a natural toner. After waxing, the areas are usually red, irritated, puffy, and photosensitive. I felt none of these nor saw any, which is relieving. Indra is also super accommodating, and always asked me how I am doing or if I am okay, knowing that the areas she was threading were sensitive. I really appreciated her kindness and I am looking forward to returning here in about 3-4 weeks for a touch-up! read more

The owner/employee who is mainly there is ridiculous. You run a business yet you turn down customers because you "want to go home". MAKES NO SENSE. it's 6:49PM. IT says you close at 7pm. I told you I was going to spend at least $20! To me that's crazy you wouldn't just suck it up and provide the service but clearly you don't do this for the profit. Stay clear of this half ass place. RULE #1 don't make the customer feel unwanted. It's not rocket science. read more
