This is now the second time I have experienced behavior from this employee that I felt was disrespectful, hostile, and inappropriate toward me while I was completing an Uber Eats/DoorDash delivery by bicycle. I am a delivery driver who uses a bicycle to work. I should not be treated differently, judged, or made to feel unwelcome simply because I arrive by bicycle rather than by car. During these interactions, her behavior made me feel as though I was being treated like I was homeless or did not belong at the store. I find this extremely disrespectful and humiliating. This is not an isolated misunderstanding anymore, because it has happened twice. I am asking management to please take this complaint seriously, speak with the employee involved, and ensure that delivery drivers are treated with the same basic professionalism and respect regardless of whether they arrive by bicycle, motorcycle, or car.
