I have been to this location three or four times since moving to the Conroe area. I am not a heavy…read moreliquor drinker or wine drinker, I mainly drink Saint Arnold's beer and I can get that at H-E-B. But as a thank you for some friends letting us stay at their house over the weekend I wanted to get them some drinks, and for me and my buddy some cigars. Of course their selection of liquor is outstanding and I wanted some Rebecca's Creek whiskey, fine Texas whiskey. Their selection of cigars is pretty good also. Inside the humidor they have bags that you can carry them out of in case you get a handful like I did this time. My buddy's wife drinks wine, which I know nothing about, so I asked one of the employees for some help. As always they are most friendly and most eager to give you their impression and some suggestions on what you might want to buy. Of course they also have a great selection of beer. Probably the finest in the city and so I got me a case of my Saint Arnold's amber beer as well.

Our cashier, Morgan, was rude, unprofessional and her attitude was on the verge of being hostile. No conversation whether we found everything we wanted, no thank you and no, thanks for coming in and we will see you next time! She had a scowl on her face the entire time. May be a bad day, but I doubt it. This behavior takes practice! How could management not see how she treats the customers. Was it just us? No, the gentleman in front of us was not treated any differently. Management needs to step in and give this young lady some additional training on customer service.

The employees here have a god complex. Went up there…read moreyesterday because a friend recommended I stop by after he purchased an allocated bottle of bourbon. When asking for the product, was told that they were sold out. 30 minutes later, another friend in the area stopped in. He asked for the same bottle and they sold him one. Next morning, I stopped by again with another friend to ask about the same bottle. Was told again that they were sold out. 30 minutes later, the same person I walked in with went back as he works in the same business complex. He went to ask about it bottles could be reserved and explained that he really wanted the bottle. They sold him one on the spot. Why can't the store treat all customers the same? In no way we're we ever rude. To the contrary, we were friendly and tried to strike up a conversation as there were no other people in the store. It's sad that Specs like this one act like they are gods with the allocated bottles. Why not just give all customers equal opportunity to buy them? Why not check stock instead of just saying you are out? Why hide them in the back office? Just sad. I shut my mouth and say thank you when product is not available and but other products. If you are looking for allocated bottles, try 336 location as they are honest with their product an put in on the shelf for all to have the opportunity to purchase.

I never knew this shopping center even had a liquor store. This actually is good news because the liquor store in my main shopping center in The Village of Cochrans Crossing closed a while back. I asked the nice lady at Lou Lou Beignets if there was a liquor store by chance in this other Village I was in. She said yes. I was so happy because I had all nearby errands to do. So I walked into Dylan's and was nicely greeted by a friendly gentleman. I saw the overhead signs so I went down the appropriate aisle. I couldn't find the DiSaronno so I asked the friendly gentleman. He led me right to it. It was in a lovely designed bottle. I was impressed by how orderly and clean the store was. Also the gentleman working there was professional and kind. I got a good price so I was happy with my purchase. So now y'all know The Village of Alden Bridge has a liquor store and the Village of Cochrans Crossing peeps have a nearby liquor store also. Oh btw they have those little sample bottles to purchase and they rotate them with other ones. Plenty of parking Yelp Review # 409

However, the website said they did? So we decided to come in and double check... My husband asked the young man at the counter (near the entrance) about the item and before he could finish, the girl standing next to him rudely interrupts and says, "I already told you on the phone we don't have that!" We quickly picked up a few bottles of wine and now we're at the checkout and another rude girl just starts ringing everything up without even looking at us. She's like a robot and says absolutely nothing...no greeting, no happy holidays, not even a thank you when we leave...nothing. Just a frown. I dunno who trains these dummies, obviously noone or maybe another dummy. But I plan to take my business elsewhere and so should you, somewhere where I am treated with some kindness and respect. Have you ever been to Chick-fil-A? You will get better treatment at a drive-thru than this place. No need to put up with some grouchy, rude, unfriendly, rotten angry girls who are clearly in the wrong line of work! Put these dummies in the back stockroom and keep them away from customers! I get better treatment at a Texas gas station, in the middle of nowhere... called Buc-ee's! Benchmark them in customer service.
