When you come to a place that's all about running/racing? Customers are literally running short sprints down the lanes and even my own kid started to do some pretty serious warm-up exercises - high kicks, jumping, quick bursts to the walls. It was very weird to me but no one else seemed to give a hoot. Anyway... Parking wasn't an issue (always a plus for a Jersey guy driving in NYC). The staff were welcoming and helpful. (Especially the lady that had to endure my endless questions and concerns.) Everything's entirely too expensive but I blame that on the sport and not the store (so much). I fear I'll be here sooner than later since sneakers only last a few months when your kids are running (at least) ten miles a day...

The store is well stocked, organized, and easy to browse, making it a good spot if you know what you're looking for. However, customer service on the sales floor was basically nonexistent. The only employees I saw were at the register and a security guard at the entrance. There were no associates available on the floor to help with questions, sizing, or recommendations, which would have made the experience much better. Overall, the great inventory and variety earn this location 4 stars. It's a solid place to shop if you're comfortable helping yourself, but improved floor support would really elevate the experience.

Design wise and choice of wall colors remind me from a mix of desserts and the inside of sand caves. Shoes have many different selections of styles and colors. Additionally, there're several brightly-lit, various themed vanity rooms all the way in the back with a full body mirror in each of them. Price of shoes would range from approximately $150 to $300 (lowest to highest). I believe they accept both credit/debit card or cash but please correct me if I am wrong. The athletic shoes look like they're made out of really high quality and breathable material. Mhm I probably should start saving up a pair for my upcoming birthday. Maybe your significant other would love a new pair of shoes from here, what do you think?

Camper Customer Service Review:…read more This is not a review of the store or of any one employee in particular. It is a review of Camper's deeply disconnected and unacceptable customer service, where the customer is repeatedly passed from one channel to another, with no one taking responsibility for resolving the issue. I have called multiple times and was even instructed to return to the store, which I did. At the store and over the phone, employees appeared to understand exactly what was happening. However, they repeatedly said they did not have the authority to do anything about the issue--a refund for a defective item--and that it had to be handled by online customer service. All they could do was give their narrative of the facts to the online customer service, which has the capacity to fix the issue, but doesn't do it. This is where the absurdity begins: the store that accepted the defective item and processed the return supposedly cannot resolve the refund. The customer service phone team is perfectly capable of listening to the problem and understanding it but apparently has no ability to actually fix it. And when contacting online customer service by email, the response simply sends the customer in circles, repeating the same generic instructions from the previous email without even addressing the detailed explanation provided. I have already explained the issue step by step, including the relevant dates and times--everything necessary to understand what happened and why Camper owes me this refund. The lady who helped at the store has opened a case, the lady who helped me over the phone, has sent them notes. Yet instead of actually reading the information and resolving the problem, I receive what feels like an automated, irrelevant response that sends me back through the same frustrating process. At this point, I am no longer convinced this is merely careless or indifferent customer service. The repeated failure to acknowledge the facts, take ownership, and resolve a very straightforward refund issue is beginning to feel disingenuous. A company should not make a customer repeatedly explain the same problem to multiple departments while every department claims it is someone else's responsibility. This experience has been extraordinarily frustrating and has completely destroyed my confidence in Camper. This was my first purchase from Camper, and it will absolutely be my last.

I stopped by on Sunday afternoon because I have been needing a new pair. I had an old pair that kept giving me blisters so I knew I needed to come to the store and try on some pairs to decide which would be best for me. The staff were all nice, but Kery was the highlight of this store. She pulled out no less than 10 pairs of shoes for me and helped me find what worked best for my odd feet. She made sure that they were comfortable and that I felt good wearing them right out of the box. I ended up walking away with 2 pairs of shoes - some Mary Janes and some Daily Loafers. Do they cost a lot? Yes. Are they worth the price? Also yes. These shoes last forever.

They were incredibly friendly and approachable, which made the whole experience so much better. One thing I loved was how patient they were--they took the time to answer all my questions without ever rushing me. It really felt like they cared about making sure I was comfortable and happy with everything. They were also super professional and knowledgeable, which gave me a lot of confidence in their service. Even the small details, like checking in on me to see if I needed anything or explaining things clearly, really stood out. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and it honestly made a big difference. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and take pride in helping people. I also appreciated how organized everything was--it was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The staff treated everyone with kindness and respect, which made the whole atmosphere so welcoming. I left feeling really happy and well taken care of, and I'll definitely be back. If you're looking for a place with top-notch customer service, this is it! This store has an amazing variety of shoes--I was so impressed! No matter what style you're looking for, they seem to have it. From casual sneakers to formal dress shoes to ballet flats, there's something for everyone here. I loved how organized everything was, so it was easy to find exactly what I needed. They carry a ton of brands, including some I hadn't seen anywhere else, which was a nice surprise. The range of sizes and colors was incredible too--I didn't have to settle for something that wasn't quite right. It's clear they've put a lot of thought into offering options for all tastes and needs. Conveniently accessible near the R/W/6/B/D/F/M trains from a 6-min short walking distance.

They are indeed in a category all their own in terms of comfort and functionality. I love how they feel plush and substantial while still feeling flexible and breathable on my feet. I also love that so far all the pairs I've purchase over the years are still in rotation, holding up long enough to make the higher price point worth it (IMO). 4/5 stars though only because their customer service REALLY went downhill last year around the holidays. I made a purchase this last holiday season for myself and some family members - the order included socks and slippers - some of them seasonal styles. I ordered the first day they offered black friday deals, which I think was the week of Thanksgiving in 2025. I kid you not, they took my money and then didn't send me any updates until I emailed them around December 15 asking where my order was. They were really unapologetic and when I emailed again on Dec. 20 saying these were for Christmas and I needed them the response was that if I wasn't happy I could try and cancel my order. I was lucky because despite tracking saying otherwise they did miraculously arrive the next day, but their social media pages were just flooded with folks having similar experiences. In the past I've had a shipping or delivery snafu here and there but they have always made it right. Often just sending a new pair without a return even needed. I had thought they had top tier customer service, but will now tread a bit lighter with ordering and might even try to branch out and try some more brands in the future.
