The manager "Udo Kiewitz" will post negative comments about your personal…read morebusiness on Google search if you post negative comments about Provincial Chrysler! ** I went to Provincial Chrysler to look at an advertised 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Seen and liked a different Trailhawk they just got in with more options. The "used vehicle" manager lowballed me on my-trade in (compared to another local dealership), but said they would give me $1000 more on the trade if I purchased the "advertised" one because it has been on the lot longer & they wanted to get rid of it. I sold my truck private (for much more) then got ahold of a "New Vehicle" sales person (Ann) because I had a bad experience with the used car staff. I made a deal with her on the Trailhawk they just got in. Their Ad states "NO HIDDEN ADMIN OR EXTRA FEES" and "OUR USED PRICES INCLUDE ALL IN PRICING". I was charged a "DOC" fee of $349 on my bill and was told that was because I worked out a better price than the window "advertise price". So does this mean a customer is not supposed to work out a better price? Then charged $86 for "FUEL", the tank holds 60 Liters, at less than $1 a litre locally that does not ad up to $86. Then their currant promotion states "SPIN TO WIN ON ALL IN STOCK 2016 AND 2017 VEHICLES", NO where at all does it state that it has to be new! So I was told my 2016 did not apply to that promotion. But Ann did toss in a "Jeep" ball hat which was appreciated. Don't believe I will deal at Provincial Chrysler in Windsor again. Buyer Beware!

We brought it in for service in Jan 2017 because it was leaking fluid and paid for a 50 point inspection at service. We were then told that the 5 yr plan was started in June 2016 a full year before we even purchased this car? Going to be putting a dealer complaint to corporate about this and will not be going back to this dealer or even Chrysler after this! Oh ya and I'm a 35 yr retired Chrysler employee don't not buy here!

I owed $17,000.00 as well according to the sales person I would love to discuss this with you. I am currently in a 5 year lease that I did not want. I did not want to lease again and I did not want to especially lease a Ford Escape either. But given my choices of paying $17,000.00 or getting into a 5 year lease.. here I am... and not happy. Very Upset, actually. No one reached out to us. No one cared about this out ward lie. So, Jen M. reach out to me... same situation.. same amount of money owed without any one giving a crap.

At the end of the day, I was responsible for the difference between the projected value of my car versus the actual value of my car at the end of the lease. This amounted to $17,000. This was NOT AT ALL REVIEWED OR EXPLAINED TO ME. I signed the document not even considering it would be different than my other 2 leases. I noticed Greg Gill is no longer with Performance Ford or the Rafih Group. I spoke to Moe initially at Performance Ford who listened to my issue and was I advised that he would take this to management. Apparently, there are a number of customers who signed similar leases without disclosure of the nature of the lease. I then spoke to Moe Hazim who stated he would be speaking directly to Terry Rafih himself. I have never heard back from Performance Ford regarding this meeting with Terry Rafih. I seemed to be bothering them. I NEVER EVER would have exchanged my BMW for my Bronco had I known about the nature of this lease. Ridiculous. What a horrible way to treat your customers. Make the drive somewhere else and avoid dealing with this auto group. Jennifer

I thought my budget would of been impossible for the vehicle I had my eye on. When I walked on the lot, after about 15 minutes I was kindly greeted. After discussing my situation they got me hooked up with a vehicle I thought I could of never drove. Other than waiting to speak to someone, it was a real save and I'm happy to be driving a working vehicle.

    There are so many reasons you should NEVER go to this place. Let's start with the fact that they…read morehave a record of running UNAUTHORIZED credit checks making your credit score plummet. I was told I needed to provide my social insurance number and driver's license in order to TEST DRIVE a vehicle. I did not give verbal OR written consent for my credit to be checked, and they still did it FIVE times. They think they can take advantage of everyone that walks through their doors because they might have a weak credit score or debts they have not paid off. I have good credit, a job, and a vehicle of my own completely paid off and they STILL tried to take advantage of me. They do this so that you are not able to visit any other car dealerships because your score will be so low from their hits by the time you get there. You will have no choice but to go crawling back to them for a car with insane interest rates that will cost you more than it is worth the SECOND you drive off the lot. If your credit is good or excellent, they will make sure you leave with bad or fair because of the amount of times they will run it through their system. You are better off buying a car you can pay for in full for a couple thousand than trusting these goofs with your credit or money. They also lie about their vehicle history and try selling you cars that have been through various serious accidents. DO NOT trust these guys with a dime.
