I don't typically search for or consider reviews before buying things, but I landed on this website to post first review and I'd like to thank for being stuck at home due to the corona virus crisis and having time to read all others reviews to update my old one after using my car I purchased from Sam Auto for enough time and share my experience . Upon reading reviews here, I was skeptical that something was not quite right, so I decided to dig deeper as I have already been searching for a long time to buy a used car with good quality and fair price, which I finally found at this business. Regardless of whether I ended up buying a car from this dealer, I decided to contact the Ministry of Transportation to get accurate information and eliminate subjectivity and bias. I learned that any car dealer who violates the law will receive a ticket for a first offense. After the third offense, their license to legally operate the business will be suspended and they will not be allowed to open the business. I concluded that the negativity shown here is very subjective and meant to damage the reputation of this business without real evidence from the authorities or councils who enforce corporate behavior and safety rules and regulations. When sharing my research and conclusions with family and friends, they highlighted to me that the allegations could be a result of misleading feedback from mechanics to car buyers. Used car buyers are often told that their newly purchased cars require additional repairs, though unnecessary on safety grounds, for mechanics to secure additional business and unnecessarily charge work hours to. In conclusion, after completing my research and getting second opinions from family and friends, I proceeded without much hesitation to buy the car that fits my needs and fits the bill from this dealer. He is doing his job and his main goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing a good buying experience. I respect others' opinions and am not looking to argue for or against this dealer. I had a pleasant experience buying a car and am fully satisfied . read more

I have dealt with Sam at Sam Auto Sales two times so far (2016 and last week). I was very happy with the service I received on both occasions. My first vehicle is still running flawlessly. I've only had to change oil, brakes and windshield wipers (and I average over 32,000 km per year). After we agreed on the deal (first car), I mentioned to him that I plan to change the battery, for peace of mind, as we were coming up on winter (though there was nothing wrong with the actual battery). When I showed up to pick up the car the following day, not only was the car in immaculate condition, he also had put in a brand-new battery for me (at no extra cost). How kind and thoughtful! I returned last week shopping for a family car (minivan), received excellent and timely service again, and walked away very satisfied with my second purchase. It is a pleasure dealing with Sam, he genuinely cares, ensures that customers are satisfied, is honest, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Sam Auto Sales. Thumbs up all the way. read more

Bought a car a few months back - A day after receiving the car i noticed a strange engine noise. I took it back and tried to get it fixed but was told that it was not an issue and that if it was bothersome to come back in a few months. A few months later i went to my mechanic to take a look at it and he said the issue was of major concern. Not to mention when he hooked up the OBD Scanner on the car, the printout looked like a Christmas novel with issues. When i came back to the lot, there was issues with the warranty and I was not able to capitalize on the warranty purchased. Buying experience was great but anything after handing the money over was shady and disappointing. At the end of my 6 months of owning the car I lost around $6000. In hindsight, I should have just purchased a new car and saved myself the headache of dealing with this.... read more

I bought 2 cars from Sam Auto Sales and they were both sold to me in excellent condition and cleanliness with 0 problems and he has a lot of quality cars to choose from. Maybe a part or 2 needed replacing over the 6 years I've owned the vehicles but nothing was serious. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for based on my budget. Any info I ask him for before buying the car was given to me up front. If I wanted insurance for any part of the car I felt unsure about, he offered that to me. I will 100% go to him again, and refer my friends to him. He is an honest dealer and I was very pleased with the customer service throughout every step of the way. read more

This is my third car I've bought from Sam and he always goes above and beyond for me and my family. I also referred a few friends to him and they were pleased with the service and quality of the vehicles. He's very personable and works with you in any way he can to find financing or to meet your financial needs . I've enjoyed every experience having dealt with Sams Auto Sales. He also has an option for extended warranty which gives you a peace of mind. I'd suggest at least giving his lot a look around as he's got some pretty nice vehicles there. Thanks again!! We purchased a car from Sam for my grand daughter while she was attending college there. Communication was great, the car was everything she wanted for the price we paid, and so far it's been super reliable! We also purchased a 2 year powertrain warranty, worth the investment in the event of any unforeseen issues. I would shop here again! read more
