Pretty much all of them sag the praises of La Fiesta. I do not consider myself a foodie. I am neither a connoisseur of food nor drink. I just like what I like and typically it is America South food. Steak and potatoes, BBQ, fried seafood and chicken. Especially chicken. But I also love a good taco salad and that is what I got when I went to La Fiesta. A very good taco salad. Very tasty and at a good price. My cell phone photo of it did not do it justice, so I kept it to myself. The taco shell was very crispy ad finished the salad off nicely. If I had one complaint about it, it could have been slightly bigger. I felt like I was still hungry when I was finished and I typically do not have a bog appetite.

My husband and I have tried this restaurant several times. The food was good, but the hostesses were rude and off-putting. We walked in one evening at 5. There were diners at two tables and several wait staff standing around. When we replied that we did not have a reservation, the hostess said she could not seat us because the only open table was reserved for 6:30. It doesn't take us a hour and a half to eat dinner. As we left we concluded we weren't the right kind of people. Now, admittedly we weren't dressed up fancy; just regular, clean, decent clothes, but our money spends as good as the next person's. For some reason Carolinians think a chili rellano is beef and melted cheese with a small portion of a pepper mixed in. This is far from what I am expecting. I would say the food was ok but not on my "must try again" list. Honestly if it wasn't for just enjoying sitting in there after a long day I'd just assume be eating Taco Bell.
