I was very pleased with the office staff. (Real quick I'll leave if front office isn't on top of things) They took the time to give me a reminder call for my appointment. When we arrived they didn't just give us a clip board and shut the window. Brittany took us into a room and went over everything. * What we can realistically expect... ( honesty goes a long way ) I know it won't cure her issues she's neglected for years. But some pain relief & swelling yes. * The cost and creative ways to make it happen. * How to use the equipment , care for it, & keep track of progress to report back to Dr. Herbert for evaluation at the next appointment. * We are now at a point that mom has at least 65% of swelling gone and can walk without feeling like she had concrete buckets attached to her ankles. * Next we will be concentrating on the knees and legs. I honestly can't wait to see her progress. My purpose for writing this is in hopes that if you or someone you know is suffering without your Dr concentrating on your pain & just watching numbers from blood glucose test and sending you on your way that you call and make an appointment to see what they can do for you. Alittle back…read morestory.....I was in a bad accident at the end of 2024, the damage to my forehead muscles and tissues left a permanent forehead dent which made me so self conscious and not wanting to go out without covering my head. I went to a plastic surgeon and a medical spa, both gave me options to help it, but they involved sugery or spinning cells and then injecting them back in, with results that had 50/50 odds. My friend suggested I go and see Tonja, just to ask if she knew of any injections that may help. She was so kind and knowledgeable, without giving me false hope.... after explaining that botox may help with relaxing the muscles that were over compensating and pulling over the damaged tissue I decided to try it. Day 6 after injections, I looked in the mirror and literally bawled......the huge indent was gone, I mean really gone! She gave me my confidence back. Today was my second appointment with her to get a touch up! I would recommend her a million times over. injections are not just for wrinkles apparently, they can help with muscle injuries, if done by someone as knowledgeable as her. I mention that because when I called to schedule, the front desk staff was cold, annoyed, and short with me. When I explained I always see Tonja, they insisted she was only available for Dysport and nothing else. That was flat-out wrong, and if I had taken their word for it, I would have missed out on the treatment I actually needed. Then at checkout, the front desk staff were busy chatting with each other and eating rather than checking me out professionally. Tonja keeps me coming back, but management should know the front desk experience is dragging down an otherwise excellent practice.

Dr. Leah is patient, thoughtful, and takes her time explaining her thoughts. She's always happy to answer every question I've ever had and never once have I felt rushed. I would recommend her and her practice to anyone.
