But he was already gone at 3:10. now days doctors want to charge you if you cancel without 48 notice. but they have no problem cancelling on you or my favorite. They tell you to get there 15 minutes early so you can wait in the waiting area for 20 minutes and then put you in a room and let you wait another twenty minutes. Our one main concern was that my husband was without pain meds and food/water for an extended amount of time because they kept saying he was going for a specific MRI (for gallbladder and pancreatitis), but they never showed up until the next day. After 30 mins late I called and apparently my APRN wasn't available and the main doctor decided to (without a telehealth care appointment) change 15 year old prescriptions to a lowered dose and another prescription I didn't need. This was the highest rated doc in the town and now she must use AI to diagnose patients. I have heard this from other people as I will be going elsewhere and I reccomend never going there.
