After 30 mins late I called and apparently my APRN wasn't available and the main doctor decided to (without a telehealth care appointment) change 15 year old prescriptions to a lowered dose and another prescription I didn't need. This was the highest rated doc in the town and now she must use AI to diagnose patients. I have heard this from other people as I will be going elsewhere and I reccomend never going there. Even her office thinks she's lost her touch on reality. (VanDiepen) Sad Call me, I'll diagnose ya on AI too for $200. Time to retire!

What she has been told to consume is absolutely asinine. I will not go into specifics because I don't want her to have any trouble over it, but something needed to be said. Prescription pills have their place, but when a healthy lifestyle change, natural supplements, and being mindful about what you eat (definitely not the foods you suggested) can possibly fix the issue, have a conversation with the patient! He has given me several referrals, and they were excellent too. His office is very clear that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your actual appt time or you will have to reschedule. I have never been late and his office runs smoothly therefore; no long wait times after you get there. His nurse and staff are always helpful. I do not think he is seeing new patients now, but call and ask.

in February I scheduled an appointment; the earliest they could see me was the end of March. This…read morewas fine. I needed a check up before the end of april for surgery. However, the nurse practitioner scheduled to see me was out sick the day of my appointment. I explained to the receptionist that i needed to see someone before the end of april. Dead look on her face. She said I could get my new patient appointment the day before surgery and a checkup a week after. I explained that would not help as I needed this done before surgery. She did not offer any solutions or, for that matter, sympathy or even an apology. i asked if i could be on the waiting list. 'oh, ok, i will do that'. no help whats-so-ever. no empathy. i was clearly agitated and apologized for that, but in my defense, i was not screaming and cursing the way i wanted to. she was completely unsympathetic and unhelpful. The first line of defense is the front office and this front office should not work in health care. i cancelled the useless appointments and will look elsewhere. very sorry, since it seemed it would have been a good group to work with. I can't put into words how this woman should not have the job she has.
