During the initial consultation we discussed how I was feeling and why I thought I might be a candidate for pellet therapy and after giving blood for my panel we went to this futuristic scale where she weighed me, but it does so much more than that. This scale gives you detailed feedback on muscle mass, water weight, % of fat and what kind, it was very impressive. After reviewing the results, we sat down and put together a weight goal and plan to get there. Can't wait to go back and see the progress. Keep in mind I didn't go to see her for this but it was just part of the journey. After getting the blood work back we found that I was just outside of the mark to receive pellet therapy but because the blood panel is so thorough we found opportunities through supplements and diet that will help me with the symptoms that brought me to her in the first place. Alittle back…read morestory.....I was in a bad accident at the end of 2024, the damage to my forehead muscles and tissues left a permanent forehead dent which made me so self conscious and not wanting to go out without covering my head. I went to a plastic surgeon and a medical spa, both gave me options to help it, but they involved sugery or spinning cells and then injecting them back in, with results that had 50/50 odds. My friend suggested I go and see Tonja, just to ask if she knew of any injections that may help. She was so kind and knowledgeable, without giving me false hope.... after explaining that botox may help with relaxing the muscles that were over compensating and pulling over the damaged tissue I decided to try it. Day 6 after injections, I looked in the mirror and literally bawled......the huge indent was gone, I mean really gone! She gave me my confidence back. Today was my second appointment with her to get a touch up! I would recommend her a million times over. injections are not just for wrinkles apparently, they can help with muscle injuries, if done by someone as knowledgeable as her. The first time I went in it was Great! I couldn't say enough good things about it. The second time…read morewas not the same. I had the same provider (Amanda) but she was in a much different mood! I spent more money to get more product than I did the first time! But I was left with absolutely unsatisfactory results! My lips are pencil thin with lots the age lines still in them on one side. My mouth is downturned with the creases and lines still going down the sides of my mouth. The creases and dimples are still all in my chin. One of my eyes has a horrible under brow skin hanging over my eye, which didn't exist before the treatment. and it was horribly red and irritated, watering for a week. I went back two weeks after the treatment and Amanda gave me one more unit in my eye, which made some of the irritation go away but it didn't make the skin hang go away, was still unsightly. she gave me just a dab more of treatment but didn't improve anything! I am embarrassed to even go out with my group. I was asked to come back to see Cheryl, who I guess is the manager. when I got there I was expecting her to fix it, but instead, she just kept telling me the reasons why she couldn't put more Botox in it, she sad if they put too much it would paralyze My muscle movement lol. I was like, oh I don't think we need to be concerned about me being left paralyzed without movement, there's barely enough in me to have made any results, much less. paralyze me. disappointment isn't even the word to describe it. I will never go there and trust them again. not only was the job not done Even nearly right. then they ran me there again just to hear her make excuses about why Amanda didn't do it right the second time. she was clearly upset about something that day, and I was just the unfortunate one who it was taken out on. that was the best I could figure out. They achieve their 5.0 reviews by offering people $25 free the next time they come in to leave them all those wonderful reviews! lol. So it's not for good service as much as it is using a bad economy to offerr people money towards free product in exchange for their good reviews. for whatever good that free money did in my case. I had $400 worth of Botox put in my face just to come out looking the way I am. I thought my search was finally over, but now I will be searching for another provider. and I'll have to hurry because this little bit of whatever they put in me is only going to last for probably a month or so before I'll have to cough up another at least $300 or won't be able to go out at all.
