Alittle back…read morestory.....I was in a bad accident at the end of 2024, the damage to my forehead muscles and tissues left a permanent forehead dent which made me so self conscious and not wanting to go out without covering my head. I went to a plastic surgeon and a medical spa, both gave me options to help it, but they involved sugery or spinning cells and then injecting them back in, with results that had 50/50 odds. My friend suggested I go and see Tonja, just to ask if she knew of any injections that may help. She was so kind and knowledgeable, without giving me false hope.... after explaining that botox may help with relaxing the muscles that were over compensating and pulling over the damaged tissue I decided to try it. Day 6 after injections, I looked in the mirror and literally bawled......the huge indent was gone, I mean really gone! She gave me my confidence back. Today was my second appointment with her to get a touch up! I would recommend her a million times over. injections are not just for wrinkles apparently, they can help with muscle injuries, if done by someone as knowledgeable as her. That was flat-out wrong, and if I had taken their word for it, I would have missed out on the treatment I actually needed. Then at checkout, the front desk staff were busy chatting with each other and eating rather than checking me out professionally. Tonja keeps me coming back, but management should know the front desk experience is dragging down an otherwise excellent practice.
