I was a long time customer and family/friends would always buy me gift certificates for holidays and birthdays from Veranda. I had been given close to $1000 worth of gift certificates and after leaving several messages to schedule to use them, I went to the place in person to see if they were still in business and to find out why no one was calling me back. The owner happened to be there. I told her I wanted to schedule my appointments and redeem my gift certificates. Well, she refused to honor them. She gave me some song and dance that she didn't have to, because the company had changed. Blah blah blah! It was all excuses to keep the money, but not offer the services. Could not have asked for a better experience!!! My mom and I did the half day package (massage, manicure, lunch, and facial). It all was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and amazing at their jobs! The atmosphere is positive and full of great energy. You can tell the staff truly loves their positions here at the spa. That is a testament to the owner because those in charge are the ones who foster this type of environment. My wife bought me the Ultimate indulgence spa day Package for Valentine's Day 2020. Unfortunately Covid shut the spa down until mid summer. I am finally getting to use my gift certificate and enjoy my day at the Spa ‍. After checking in and filling out paperwork I started with the aromatherapy hour body massage. The massage therapist asked several questions before starting about how much pressure I prefer the massages and checked during the massage as well. A wonderful relaxing one hour massage to be sure. Next I had the aromatherapy classical facial massage. This includes a neck and shoulder massage as well and was also a relaxing treat after the body massage. With the package I had, it included lunch, so downstairs to a private dining area for a very nice light sandwich chips and cookie with an assortment of different drinks. After lunch I moved into the manicure and pedicure room to get the full works performed there as well. Overall a wonderful spa experience and I will be happy to return and bring my wife. read more

I've been coming to this salon for many years, mostly for massages. Al is a fantastic masseur. On your first meeting with him he will ask you where you would like him to focus, your history on past injuries, or anything else that needs attention. You can request the amount of pressure you like and he's very attentive. Last week my sister was in town and I booked us the Tranquil Spa Package, which included a 45 minute facial, 45 minute massage, and a manicure. My sister had just gotten a gel manicure but she was able to switch out the scheduled manicure for a pedicure with Amber. Monica gave an incredible massage. Probably the best one I've ever had. So such a petite woman she sure does have a lot of strength in her hands! I was pretty sore the next day but I could definitely tell I needed that deep tissue massage. In the past I've used McKinsey for facials and she excellent. Really thorough and clean. read more

This salon is amazing! I only went for a massage so it's the only thing I can rate. Monica is A-MAZE-ING. If you've never had a real deep tissue you will be in for a surprise...like I was. always check out the stylist before she cuts your hair. called first to see if they did razor cuts on short, thin, very fine hair. answer was yes. it was not a razor it was thinning scissors and it is so uneven all over. my husband was waiting for me in the lobby and asked what happened. since I was close to tears I said never again and she was not a professional. now my hair looks even thinner than before and no style at all. $45.00 not well spent. read more
