My wife and I are both disabled veterans and she made sure she tailored the class within our comfort zone. She helped us understand what we can do to help each other cope and ease some of the pain we have from our years of military service. She was always mindful of our aches, pains, and limitations as she helped us modify to within our comfort zone. Having someone come into our home and interacting with us is especially hard with our mental health issues i.e. PTSD/anxiety, etc but she was very caring and made the experience as relaxing as she could. She is a great teacher and therapist.
