The so-called owner insisted that I pay them directly instead of using the Groupon, claiming that they don't make any money from Groupon deals. Not only did they refuse to honor the voucher, but they also ignored my attempts to contact them. Their deceptive tactics and lack of integrity left me feeling scammed and frustrated. They are located in a shared office building, it was a little confusing finding them at first but easy enough :) The waiting area has a comfortable seating spot and calming music playing. They offered us drinks while we filled out the intake forms. The massage room was very clean and they both asked us details about what we were looking for, any pain spots, how much pressure we liked. I have a broken clavicle and she was great dealing with it during the massage, never any discomfort :) The massages were a perfect way to end our mini vacation. Extremely relaxing.
