The best I've ever had in my life" The communication leading up to the day was great, one of the massage therapists had to call out sick so they made sure we were ok with the substitution. They are located in a shared office building, it was a little confusing finding them at first but easy enough :) The waiting area has a comfortable seating spot and calming music playing. They offered us drinks while we filled out the intake forms. The massage room was very clean and they both asked us details about what we were looking for, any pain spots, how much pressure we liked. I have a broken clavicle and she was great dealing with it during the massage, never any discomfort :) The massages were a perfect way to end our mini vacation. Extremely relaxing. Without hesitation I would book them again any time we are back in the area!

I looked on Yelp mobile after returning for my run, and this was the first spa on my list. It was 6 blocks from my hotel - or a 2 minute uber ride. Located in the basement of the Plaza Hotel, I felt like I was going to some venetian oasis. I noticed that besides the massage and skin care areas, they also provide manicure and pedicure. Side note: The elevator down to the spa is by their restaurant, which at least their brunch looked droolworthy for my next trip. I filled out a form upon sign up detailing where I needed more work (lower back & legs), whether I've had massage before, etc. Jae, my massage therapist, checked out a few spots and offered their added option for a different massage lotion for my sunburned back. I wasn't too bad and continued with the regular one. The rest..I drifted off to LaLaLand and woke up refreshed with no muscle soreness and calm enough with the forthcoming flight delays. I'd definitely come back here my next Daytona trip!

I had a tough time finding a job in Florida; however found a job in my home state of California 2 months later. I had to move in a week and remembered I had the Groupon massage certificate. Turns out this is a one woman operation and she is booked until June. She told me there's no way she can squeeze me in her schedule because she is a person company. She told me to get in touch with Groupon for a refund. Groupon said they can do nothing and suggest I give it to a friend as I purchased the Groupon more than three days ago.

The masseuse clearly knew what she was doing and used some advanced techniques to work on my fascia. The 90 minute massage really covered everything very throughly, I am happy I didn't decide that the 60 minute upper body option was going to be enough. Most of the deep tissue massages I've had before have been Swedish massages with more pressure for the most part. I also enjoy Thai massage, but do end up missing out on the full coverage that a stroking massage provides. This massage satisfied all those needs and a few I didn't realize I had. I would say this is the best massage I've ever had (acknowledging that I might be a little excessively enthusiastic since I was pretty miserable before it). I will definitely be back and took a card to share on the bulletin board here.
