I first found them with Groupon and they had an amazing deal. I only bought the one (good thing) because I was sooo embarrassed to go. I paid for a compete Brazilian. I kept changing my appointment. But, the groupon expires after a year. Mama Bare's deal was a whole year. A whole year mind you. Well, of course it was over for me. So, what do I do? They had a 3 deal for $115. Mind you 1 time is $65. NOW, I go every 4 weeks. The ladies are AMAZING I have Jelisa. (See her beautiful picture below.) She is so gentle with you. Yes, the other ladies are great but, Everyone always prefers the one they start with. I did say the prices are amazing didn't I? Of course, I didn't put up a picture of their prices but, you can look on line or call and they will tell you the special deals they have. They are usually on Groupon with such great deals. My husband also bought me one for Christmas. I made him buy it (hehe) so, Look on Groupon, call or go on line. You DON'T have to install the app. You can to Google, look up Groupon and you can get the deals. Great ones if you're just visiting. BUT, It would be really worth installing the Groupon app. You will be very happy with the deals. Alittle back…read morestory.....I was in a bad accident at the end of 2024, the damage to my forehead muscles and tissues left a permanent forehead dent which made me so self conscious and not wanting to go out without covering my head. I went to a plastic surgeon and a medical spa, both gave me options to help it, but they involved sugery or spinning cells and then injecting them back in, with results that had 50/50 odds. My friend suggested I go and see Tonja, just to ask if she knew of any injections that may help. She was so kind and knowledgeable, without giving me false hope.... after explaining that botox may help with relaxing the muscles that were over compensating and pulling over the damaged tissue I decided to try it. Day 6 after injections, I looked in the mirror and literally bawled......the huge indent was gone, I mean really gone! She gave me my confidence back. Today was my second appointment with her to get a touch up! I would recommend her a million times over. injections are not just for wrinkles apparently, they can help with muscle injuries, if done by someone as knowledgeable as her. I mention that because when I called to schedule, the front desk staff was cold, annoyed, and short with me. When I explained I always see Tonja, they insisted she was only available for Dysport and nothing else. That was flat-out wrong, and if I had taken their word for it, I would have missed out on the treatment I actually needed. Then at checkout, the front desk staff were busy chatting with each other and eating rather than checking me out professionally. Tonja keeps me coming back, but management should know the front desk experience is dragging down an otherwise excellent practice.

There was no indication that they were closed today. When I called I got a hello. I asked if this was Natalie's salon and she said yes. I then asked if they were open today. Her response was" do you know what day it is....it's family day...it's Sunday why would I be open". I did not continue with the conversation. A couple of comments, have your website reflect you are closed on Sunday and/or do you not answer the business phone. The person who answered the phone was rude. A business should never answer the phone with just a hello the business name should always be stated. Very poor customer service.

I told my friend that I'd just come back the next day and just ask them to take them off so that is exactly what I did I went in and ask politely " As soon as I left yesterday my nails got messed up because they weren't dry and this is not what I asked for at all can we please just take them off" He continued to tell me that it was my fault my nails were messed up because I chose to do regular polish instead of gel and that he would charge me $10 to take the nails off the nails that he and the lady messed up on!!! I didn't even ask for my money back I just wanted these ugly ass nails OFF. These people are HORRIBLE at doing nails and don't even know how to properly do nails I'm surprised they are still in business...if you want cheap ugly nails and an owner that doesn't listen and argues with you this is the place to go!!!
