They also have a phone line you can text if you're running late or if you want to see if you can get in earlier or change your appointment. Some clients have complained about their appointments being cancelled. That has yet to happen to me. They frequently have specials on services. There are so many services available for men and women. I like that it's a lifetime guarantee. They have many locations in the USA and you can go anywhere which is great if you're a traveler. This complete lack of empathy and professionalism was incredibly frustrating, especially since I had been waiting three weeks to have my skin evaluated for another potential serious issue of which two independent doctors recommended testing. Although they did try to appease me and reschedule me for the following day at 8:30 in another office, I was left feeling disheartened by this entire experience. It's truly seems like that they prioritize costly cosmetic procedures over serious patient care, particularly for those on Medicare. November 11- first treatment, staff accommodating and friendly, professional and cleanly environment, spa-like atmosphere, easy check in and pay. First treatment with Chantel, very thorough and knowledgable, years of experience. Lots of communication during procedure, asked if I was okay and told me what she was doing throughout. What to expect: "Does it hurt?" Not that much! A cool gel is placed and then a warm sensation is felt. I imagined the laser penetrating deep into the skin and killing all of the bacteria during the 'warmer' parts (which it kinda does?) I had three areas done, so on the scale from least to most sensitive: Underarms were a breeze, lower legs very tolerable, and full Brazilian was not nearly as bad as I thought. Yes, there are a few zaps that hurt in that area, but WAXING HURTS so much more! (So if you can tolerate waxing in an area, I would imagine you could more than tolerate laser in that area.)
