I felt like my concerns were listened to, and my expectations were exceeded! She did some natural looking Russian lips on me with a little bit of filler in my chin to balance out my profile, and not even a day later, I am healing up perfectly with no bruising and already looking balanced!

Let me start with the good: Tonja is AMAZING and deserves 20 stars. I see her regularly, she always…read moreknows exactly what I need, and at my last appointment she worked her magic once again using more than just Dysport, I might add. I mention that because when I called to schedule, the front desk staff was cold, annoyed, and short with me. When I explained I always see Tonja, they insisted she was only available for Dysport and nothing else. That was flat-out wrong, and if I had taken their word for it, I would have missed out on the treatment I actually needed. Then at checkout, the front desk staff were busy chatting with each other and eating rather than checking me out professionally. Tonja keeps me coming back, but management should know the front desk experience is dragging down an otherwise excellent practice.

So for my birthday I made an appointment and was not exactly sure of what I wanted, but yes Botox was in the list, and I had read up on the different treatments they were providing. I, along with my sweet husband treated myself to the Agnes and Scarlet treatments. None of the treatments were uncomfortable at all. It's been since Feb 9th and the results have been awesome, my pores are smaller, skin is firmer, all of my red spots, broken capillaries are gone. Friends are giving me the best compliments, "Dang girl you look Awesome". I have to say that during the treatment I was overwhelmed for a minute since I had done nothing for myself in so long, that tears rolled down my face, they were super sweet about it, even if I was a little embarrassed. I am so glad that I did this for me and they were super nice, caring, professional. I will be back. Not bad for 54!

I arrived for my appointment 15-20 minutes late due to an uncontrollable and urgent medical issue. While the nurse practitioner, Amy Rutherford, was available and made aware of my situation she informed the staff that she would not see me for my appointment. This complete lack of empathy and professionalism was incredibly frustrating, especially since I had been waiting three weeks to have my skin evaluated for another potential serious issue of which two independent doctors recommended testing. Although they did try to appease me and reschedule me for the following day at 8:30 in another office, I was left feeling disheartened by this entire experience. It's truly seems like that they prioritize costly cosmetic procedures over serious patient care, particularly for those on Medicare. If you're looking for compassionate treatment, this is not the place for you. This treatment has made me feel disregarded, and I will be seeking care elsewhere. Very helpful, personable, knowledgeable, had tips for me to help get the results I want. Made me feel very comfortable discussing unwanted body hair. November 11- first treatment, staff accommodating and friendly, professional and cleanly environment, spa-like atmosphere, easy check in and pay. First treatment with Chantel, very thorough and knowledgable, years of experience. Lots of communication during procedure, asked if I was okay and told me what she was doing throughout. What to expect: "Does it hurt?" Not that much! A cool gel is placed and then a warm sensation is felt. I imagined the laser penetrating deep into the skin and killing all of the bacteria during the 'warmer' parts (which it kinda does?) I had three areas done, so on the scale from least to most sensitive: Underarms were a breeze, lower legs very tolerable, and full Brazilian was not nearly as bad as I thought. Yes, there are a few zaps that hurt in that area, but WAXING HURTS so much more! (So if you can tolerate waxing in an area, I would imagine you could more than tolerate laser in that area.) Day after: Zero pain or side effects! Follow up in seven weeks, will update! (Just found the update feature, will use next time!)
