November 11- first treatment, staff accommodating and friendly, professional and cleanly environment, spa-like atmosphere, easy check in and pay. First treatment with Chantel, very thorough and knowledgable, years of experience. Lots of communication during procedure, asked if I was okay and told me what she was doing throughout. What to expect: "Does it hurt?" Not that much! A cool gel is placed and then a warm sensation is felt. I imagined the laser penetrating deep into the skin and killing all of the bacteria during the 'warmer' parts (which it kinda does?) I had three areas done, so on the scale from least to most sensitive: Underarms were a breeze, lower legs very tolerable, and full Brazilian was not nearly as bad as I thought. Yes, there are a few zaps that hurt in that area, but WAXING HURTS so much more! (So if you can tolerate waxing in an area, I would imagine you could more than tolerate laser in that area.) Day after: Zero pain or side effects! Follow up in seven weeks, will update! (Just found the update feature, will use next time!)

Let me go ahead and get this appointment taken care of and get it out of the way. I had three issues that I desperately needed addressed. She told me she could only address my cancer check and i had to make a separate appointment for my acne to be addressed and another appointment for a rash. They sent me a letter before my appointment and the 15 min appointment was billed for $500! First of all, she's only a physicians assistant, not a dermatologist. Colleen rushed the derm check and couldn't be bothered by questions or concerns. She acted like she was doing me a favor by prescribing me a cream for my rash but didn't have time to actually examine me or ask questions to properly diagnose me. Both the cna and Colleen commented on how Dr Heller was older and not as thorough as Colleen. Also, she was 30 minutes late for my appointment. The expectation from her to address a rash, acne, and cancer check is 3 separate appointments, billed at a total of $1,500. I'm triple insured and honestly this feels like insurance fraud and taking advantage of a broken system. This business cares more about money than taking care of their patients.

I called 15 min ahead of my arrival. The therapist was quick to respond and proceeded (with attitude) to give me directions. Because of work being done on the building in front of the spa there where multiple areas of the road blocked off. She proceeded to call me back and YELL at me telling me that I didn't listen to her. She was so rude that if I wouldn't have lost my money due to the cancelation policy I would have immediately looked elsewhere. I was asked to come back to see Cheryl, who I guess is the manager. when I got there I was expecting her to fix it, but instead, she just kept telling me the reasons why she couldn't put more Botox in it, she sad if they put too much it would paralyze My muscle movement lol. I was like, oh I don't think we need to be concerned about me being left paralyzed without movement, there's barely enough in me to have made any results, much less. paralyze me. disappointment isn't even the word to describe it. I will never go there and trust them again. not only was the job not done Even nearly right. then they ran me there again just to hear her make excuses about why Amanda didn't do it right the second time. she was clearly upset about something that day, and I was just the unfortunate one who it was taken out on. that was the best I could figure out. They achieve their 5.0 reviews by offering people $25 free the next time they come in to leave them all those wonderful reviews! lol. So it's not for good service as much as it is using a bad economy to offerr people money towards free product in exchange for their good reviews. for whatever good that free money did in my case. I had $400 worth of Botox put in my face just to come out looking the way I am. I thought my search was finally over, but now I will be searching for another provider. and I'll have to hurry because this little bit of whatever they put in me is only going to last for probably a month or so before I'll have to cough up another at least $300 or won't be able to go out at all.

Dr. DeMercurio was able to remove my tattoos surgically with no pain. The surgery was successful. Attached are photos of the before, during, after, and current stages.
