October 31 - Visited website, immediate callback. Spoke with Julia (office manager) about laser…read moretreatment. Very helpful, personable, knowledgeable, had tips for me to help get the results I want. Made me feel very comfortable discussing unwanted body hair. November 11- first treatment, staff accommodating and friendly, professional and cleanly environment, spa-like atmosphere, easy check in and pay. First treatment with Chantel, very thorough and knowledgable, years of experience. Lots of communication during procedure, asked if I was okay and told me what she was doing throughout. What to expect: "Does it hurt?" Not that much! A cool gel is placed and then a warm sensation is felt. I imagined the laser penetrating deep into the skin and killing all of the bacteria during the 'warmer' parts (which it kinda does?) I had three areas done, so on the scale from least to most sensitive: Underarms were a breeze, lower legs very tolerable, and full Brazilian was not nearly as bad as I thought. Yes, there are a few zaps that hurt in that area, but WAXING HURTS so much more! (So if you can tolerate waxing in an area, I would imagine you could more than tolerate laser in that area.) Day after: Zero pain or side effects! Follow up in seven weeks, will update! (Just found the update feature, will use next time!)

I had my first visit here today and saw Tonja for some filler. She was very gentle and the process…read morewas less painless than I remember from other places. I felt like my concerns were listened to, and my expectations were exceeded! She did some natural looking Russian lips on me with a little bit of filler in my chin to balance out my profile, and not even a day later, I am healing up perfectly with no bruising and already looking balanced!

Let me start with the good: Tonja is AMAZING and deserves 20 stars. I see her regularly, she always…read moreknows exactly what I need, and at my last appointment she worked her magic once again using more than just Dysport, I might add. I mention that because when I called to schedule, the front desk staff was cold, annoyed, and short with me. When I explained I always see Tonja, they insisted she was only available for Dysport and nothing else. That was flat-out wrong, and if I had taken their word for it, I would have missed out on the treatment I actually needed. Then at checkout, the front desk staff were busy chatting with each other and eating rather than checking me out professionally. Tonja keeps me coming back, but management should know the front desk experience is dragging down an otherwise excellent practice.

The first time I went in it was Great! I couldn't say enough good things about it. The second time…read morewas not the same. I had the same provider (Amanda) but she was in a much different mood! I spent more money to get more product than I did the first time! But I was left with absolutely unsatisfactory results! My lips are pencil thin with lots the age lines still in them on one side. My mouth is downturned with the creases and lines still going down the sides of my mouth. The creases and dimples are still all in my chin. One of my eyes has a horrible under brow skin hanging over my eye, which didn't exist before the treatment. and it was horribly red and irritated, watering for a week. I went back two weeks after the treatment and Amanda gave me one more unit in my eye, which made some of the irritation go away but it didn't make the skin hang go away, was still unsightly. she gave me just a dab more of treatment but didn't improve anything! I am embarrassed to even go out with my group. I was asked to come back to see Cheryl, who I guess is the manager. when I got there I was expecting her to fix it, but instead, she just kept telling me the reasons why she couldn't put more Botox in it, she sad if they put too much it would paralyze My muscle movement lol. I was like, oh I don't think we need to be concerned about me being left paralyzed without movement, there's barely enough in me to have made any results, much less. paralyze me. disappointment isn't even the word to describe it. I will never go there and trust them again. not only was the job not done Even nearly right. then they ran me there again just to hear her make excuses about why Amanda didn't do it right the second time. she was clearly upset about something that day, and I was just the unfortunate one who it was taken out on. that was the best I could figure out. They achieve their 5.0 reviews by offering people $25 free the next time they come in to leave them all those wonderful reviews! lol. So it's not for good service as much as it is using a bad economy to offerr people money towards free product in exchange for their good reviews. for whatever good that free money did in my case. I had $400 worth of Botox put in my face just to come out looking the way I am. I thought my search was finally over, but now I will be searching for another provider. and I'll have to hurry because this little bit of whatever they put in me is only going to last for probably a month or so before I'll have to cough up another at least $300 or won't be able to go out at all.

I've gotten botox for years and have lived all over the country, so I have been to many for botox. Here's why I give him and his place 5 stars: 1. His technique is awesome! If botox is put in the wrong way, you can wind up drooping on one side! So one must be very selective in whom they choose to do the injections!!
