I visited the Salt Spa today for the first time. A friend invited me and told me I would love it. She was right! Our appointment was at 12 PM, in the salt cave. We arrived a few minutes early to complete some paperwork. My friend paid extra so we would be the only ones in the cave since she was getting a full body massage. I put on socks provided by the spa and headed into the cave. Upon entering, I was in awe of the salt cave. I immediately felt lighter. The music and water helped set the tone for total relaxation. The spa associate told us the owner was from Poland. She purchased all the salt on the floor from the Wieliczka Salt Mine in Poland. And the salt on the walls and ceiling (mixture of salt and plaster) came from the Himalayan mountains in Pakistan. Salt has many health benefits and aids the respiratory system. She told us to take deep breaths while inside the cave. Jesse was my massage therapist and performed reflexology on my feet and hands for one hour. I could feel his work all the way up my legs and into my hips. It felt amazing. I didn't fall asleep, but I was in a deep meditative state. I highly recommend checking out the Salt Spa and you MUST go into the salt cave and experience it for yourself!

What a tranquil and relaxing experience. The Salt Cave was the perfect mother daughter time together. For 45 minutes, we laid back in the antigravity chairs and cozy blankets looking up at the beautiful lights, breathing in the salt, and listening to flowing water and peaceful music. I cannot comment one way or another about the health benefits. There is much logic to it. I do equate it to a 45 minute Savasana with extras - so all good. We started right on time and the Natalie was lovely. I look forward to returning. Since the Salt Cave can be reserved for groups up to 8, it might be a nice spot for my next get together with friends.

I met some college girlfriends in Amelia Island for a weekend in September and we boogied down to Saint Augustine for a salt spa experience. I've been to several but it was the first time for my friends. It was easy to find and we happened upon a parking space out front when we arrived though if you can't get one of those few, I don't know where you would park. The staff was very welcoming and we only had a few minutes to wait before our time slot in the salt cave. It was very cozy and pretty. We scooted our chairs into a semi-circle around one of the wall drip features. We chatted quietly for a few minutes before drifting off into a "meditative nap phase". The blankets and anti-gravity chairs do the trick for sure! We left feeling relaxed and fresh. My friend's sinus issue from her plane travels to us even cleared up for the rest of our trip. I did notice they had spa services and a float tank - had we more time I would have planned half a day here! I'll visit again next time I'm down this way.

This salt spa is a hidden gem downtown in the historic district! We enjoyed a couples massage inside the salt cave ~ highly recommended!

I give them a 4 because no staff wears a mask and there is no warning on the door as such. The staff is very pleasant and the infrared sauna was amazing. Loved that they have Chrometherapy as well with their sauna.

Salt spa room very crowded for 6 people.

You literally lose track of time, your body finally relaxes, and your mind just shuts off in the best way. You can go pitch black or keep a soft blue light on, which made it even more relaxing depending on the vibe you want. 10/10 recommend if you're dealing with pain, stress, or just need to reset. I walked out feeling like a completely different person. My husband and I also spent our 1st anniversary here in July 2025 we did a couples package it was amazing we both left feeling great.

Again having no idea that he had booked this sweet spa day for me, at a place I had been telling him I really wanted to go to. Celebrated my graduation the day before services were scheduled and got some treatment for my poison ivy. Upon arriving for my spa treatments, I informed the crew at check in that I had poison ivy on my arm, and I had no idea about the services my fiance had scheduled, and they said could do my service and avoid the area. After filling out paperwork and my family dropping me off, they then said the services could not be completed due to the poison ivy and and that they would retain 100 dollars.. How would we have cancelled in time when I had just gotten poison ivy and my fiance was unaware until the day prior when I got treatment? Why couldn't the other services been provided ie scalp treatment? Why couldn't the area be avoided.. very disappointed. Update for the owner: I am also highly allergic to poison ivy and it is not contagious. You all choose to cancel my service and there was no waving of fee as you mention in your comment or I would've been happy to come back. We did call that morning to try to reschedule as my family stayed in town after my graduation, but upon hearing the fee I decided to come in, to a surprise spa day I didn't know about. We were not disrespectful in your establishment my father and fiancée came in to discuss the 100 charge as the whole reason I came in was to also avoid a $200 cancellation fee. The arguing was between whether the poison ivy was contagious or not. Please watch your building video to confirm this. I showed them my rash which I also posted in my review, it is not covering my arm and can be fully seen. Again not answering any of my other questions of why couldn't any other service been done.. like the scalp service he had booked. Let me know if you'd like to call and discuss like adults rather than in a comment section on google.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Himalayan Wellness Spa in Ormond Beach, Florida. Their advertised Groupon deal turned out to be a scam. After purchasing the Groupon voucher, I tried to schedule an appointment, but the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. The so-called owner insisted that I pay them directly instead of using the Groupon, claiming that they don't make any money from Groupon deals. Not only did they refuse to honor the voucher, but they also ignored my attempts to contact them. Their deceptive tactics and lack of integrity left me feeling scammed and frustrated. I would strongly advise against giving this establishment any of your time or money.

The agenda included oxygen therapy, IV therapy, and cryotherapy. I have had other similar experiences before, but I am very leery when it comes to needles and freezing temperatures. Let me say, the staff was amazing! They were young with a vibrant bubbly personality. That's much needed in this world where young adults in their 20s lack customer service skills. The staff was very accommodated and made sure that me and my friend were seated comfortably next to each other. Unfortunately, due to my small veins, I was unable to have the IV therapy because of the two stick policy from the Nurse. But, I did take the shot instead, and I felt amazing. The oxygen therapy also was needed and well received. I was able to rest comfortably under a warm blanket while being pampered. Last but not least came cryotherapy. I haven't been that nervous since I gave birth! But again, the staff was knowledgeable and very reassuring. The experience ended up being a success! And I was able to stay in the full seven minutes with no break!!! when I return to the Jacksonville area, I will definitely come here again for some true wellness care
