Bad customer experience! I booked mermaid packages with several treatments for my sister our I who was visiting from Colorado to celebrate our birthdays. I booked them on the phone because I wanted our appointments at the same time. I was told I would receive parking information the day before the appointments and parking was free. In the meantime I was sent several texts with links to confirm our appointments. On the day of the appointment we drove to the spa and I realized I never got the parking information. So I parked in the street and paid for a few hours. When we went to the address we found a locked key pad on the door. I called the reception desk and asked if we were at the right location. Yes we were but we should have received instructions either way a key code. I said we hadn't and while we were at it, we also never received parking instructions. She said that was because I opted out of texts. I said that wasn't true because we had received texts to confirm our appointments and fill out forms which we did. All this time we are standing in front of the treasury building and still had not been admitted. No apologies either. Instead she said she didn't like my attitude and that she was cancelling our appointments! I was shocked she was so willing to forfeit $500 over her incompetence. But this story has a happy ending. We marched across the street to the Poseidon Spa and booked body treatments and facials and carried on with our awesome birthday celebrations! Thank you Poseidon Spa!!! read more

I have lived in New York, New Jersey, Virginia and California and have loved my facials and massages in every state. I moved to St. Augustine and could not find what I was looking for until.....Stella Maris. I walked in and Mark greeted me as I was also greeted by the amazing view of the Bridge Of Lions. It was amazing. I have never experienced the unique technique that Kat performed on me. It was like having an out of body experience. I am not going to go through the step by step procedure since she selected it for me. I came out of this amazing facial with no cheek pain that I had had for over a year from an injury. My jaw was aligned and my teeth had a different placement that was more natural. I felt connected to my body and my essence.
