What truly stood out was how comfortable she was with my pets -- two dogs and a cat -- who can sometimes be a little curious. Went in for a couples massage with my husband and we had an incredible experience. Diana accommodated for us within a day and we were all booked and ready on a short notice. My massage was from another woman (whose name I cannot remember and I really want to give her the credit) while my husband's was from Diana. They played relaxing music while the sweet little office dog slept right on the floor (which I actually didn't notice until after, lol!) The room was cool and relaxing but the massage beds were nice and warm. We went for a "relaxation" massage which I equate to a Swedish massage. They used hot stones and lotions for extra care. I have absolutely no complaints. Great price for what you get! I felt so relaxed after that I just wanted to take a nap, hehe. With hurricane Ian on its way to visit Saint Augustine on September 29th 2022, I thought at 53 it was an awesome idea to fill up and carry twenty two 50 pound bags of sand. Each bag was carried about four times from the sand pile at Francis field to the truck then unloaded and placed. Come to find out even though I feel like I am 23, reality says I am not...... Could hardly move at all Thursday and Friday... Thank goodness for Diana for bringing my muscles back to at least 33! Last time I lifted weights was 1991, so I thought I was good to go. I had one of the best, if not the best massage last weekend. I had the worst pain in my back and shoulder from stress....and man she really helped it. I've had a lot of massages where it feels like the therapist didn't even hear what you said when they ask for problem areas.....this one was totally different! Booked a last minute massage on our vacation and Diana was able to accommodate us. I realized after we arrived she took us after she was officially closed. That was very kind of her. It's a small set up and looks like it's for single clients or couples massages. There is definitely privacy-I saw a review on here about that and I can tell you that from our experience, there is nothing to worry about. My boyfriend and I shared an hour massage and both were great! I feel so much better and so relaxed. It was a great experience. The establishment is quiet, clean, and tranquil. Her dog was there and hung out in the waiting area. As an animal lover who has also brought my own dogs to work with me, I have absolutely no problem with this. I live in Jax but I would make a special trip to have a massage like that again from such a friendly and accommodating therapist. read more

Total scam artist! I bought a gift certificate for a 50 min out call massage which was written on the gift certificate by her. She provided the service at my house in St. Augustine and she refused to honor the gift certificate. Her first excuse for not honoring the gift certificate was that she wasn't informed it was an out call when we booked. However she showed up at the house, if she didn't know it was an out call why did she show up at our front door at the time of the appointment. If she didn't know it was an out call then she should have been at the spa and not at our front door at the time of the appointment. When she got called out for that she said well you also should have told me it was a gift certificate because I had other cash customers implying that she wouldn't have shown up if she knew it was a gift certificate. This woman is a con artist and should be avoided. You've been warned! My husband and I were amazed today by Diana and Mechelle! We have had massages that pale in comparison to their intuitive knowledge of the human body's needs. If you are truly on vacation or just weary from life, why have you not met Diana and her staff? My husband has been to therapy, neck surgery and more therapy and until today has never had anyone work his neck over to the point that he felt like she actually cared about his needs! Diana sold an outcall massage to WGV. When called to schedule the appointment, she placed stipulations on the outcall appointment. She did not explain the stipulations when the gift certificate was purchased. Only did she say anything about the stipulations, when the recipient was trying to schedule the appointment at her next convenience. She was very snobbish and haughty in the conversation. Not someone I want massaging me nor coming to my home. Be sure to get all the facts from her before purchasing a gift certificate for your loved ones. Oh yes, know the gift certificates are NON-REFUNDABLE. She did offer to have it transferred to another person. I would not recommend her to my enemies, more less to those closest to me. read more

Diana is an extremely skilled massage therapist. She can find my aching muscles before I even tell her where it is and then she focuses on getting it loose so I always feel better after. What impresses me most is her kind heart. I have a chronic illness which makes it hard for me to schedule in advance but Diana has always been able to fit me in her schedule and I appreciate that so much. Diana also offers really good package deals in which you save money for buying multiples in advance. I have never had a problem redeeming my package massages.....in fact.....she has gone above and beyond because my chronic illness can make scheduling difficult but as I said she always finds a spot for me. Diana is AWESOME! I have been going to her for 9 years since I moved here from Tampa. It's seems she heals me better than my doctors most of the time, I have gone to her with extreme foot pain that my doctor had wanted to do surgery on, sciatic nerve pain and pinched nerve problems, she has healed me each time. A few times I couldn't even move to drive and she came to my house for four days in a row until I was able to get around again. Two weeks ago I ended up in the hospital and I didn't like what the doctors had to say about fixing my issues I decided to try Diana first before giving into more medications, I'm on massage number 4 out of a 6 massage package and feeling better everyday.
