They add a 24% service charge to your service and then still ask if you'd like to add additional gratuity. Would absolutely not return here, especially for their prices.

The "locker room" is essentially just a bathroom, there are no real spa amenities, and the only additional facility is a standard hotel pool. There was no relaxing or elevated atmosphere at all. Also we were on our own to figure out pool space. Pool is outdated all cushions are stained, no attendants, old towels etc. The front desk staff felt cold and inconvenienced by basic questions, which added to the overall disappointment. The massages themselves were good, but overall this felt more like a hotel add-on than an actual spa experience -- especially at these prices.
