Massages are a very personal type of a treatment I prefer massage massages for relaxation, and I feel that they just jumped right in without easing you into the massage and started very fast and very hard. I guess if that's what you're looking for. It's perfect. Their prices are very fair especially if you join their membership. I know they will get up and walk on your back if you ask them to or want them to, but I just found it was not relaxing and the lady was moving her hands way too fast and too hard to be enjoying. I'm not sure why this has so many good reviews. I assume a lot of people like fast moving hands on their massages. I did ask her to slow down which she did, but it still was just uncomfortable. I don't feel that she massaged my muscles in a way that I typically would get them done. I also feel that she used way too much massage oil on me. It felt very slippery and it actually made noises. It is definitely an older location, so there is somewhat of a smell in the rooms. All in all, it just wasn't my cup of tea

I did my research and instantly wanted to see if this was a solution to my pain. I called right ahead and scheduled the first appointment I was able to get. On the phone Beth was very helpful with information, they were booked up for a while, but that just meant to me they were good at what they do and my assumption wasn't wrong. For a few years I've had pain in my upper shoulders and neck area, waking up with aches, and always feeling tense. I've gone to a few chain spas and although they are relaxing and feel good, never did I get the relief I had here. Beth was super sweet, she asked me a few questions about focus areas and whether or not I prefer to talk during my sessions or keep quiet. I felt very comfortable and welcomed here. Today is the day after my massage and woke up feeling refreshed. My back is a little tender from working out the knots but I was fully anticipating some discomfort. I already feel "looser" for lack of better words. For my 90 minute session it was a very reasonable $110 not including a tip.
