I have allergies so I was very encouraged to hear his conditions got a lot better from his frequent visits to Saltwonder. He also informed me how down to earth and nice the owner Naculae is so I was curious. I took one of my best friend Stan who lives not too far from his shop for a one hour treatment, and was blown away by the wonderful grounding experience. My friend was so relaxed he started to snore a bit, I went into my own meditation. An hour went by very quickly, and I noticed my nose was no longer plucked when our session was done and my breathing was way easier. The place is extremely clean and beautiful, and floor to ceiling covered in Himalayan Salt which Naculae educated us on it's incredible healing properties. The main room floor was covered in small Himalayan salt as well. It was an incredibly healing experience, physically, emotionally, spiritually. I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in trying come and visit and experience it yourself. My friend loved the experience, it was my Birthday gift to him. He was pleasantly surprised by it, since it's not something he would do on his own. I am looking forward to attending sound healing events there as well as getting a massage there next time!

Super clean Super friendly staff…read more My son had a bad cold with his nose continually running and than after 30 minutes of hanging out in the salt room and playing with the toys they provide he is all better. 24 hours later still no cold symptoms! We will definitely be back! Thank you!!

I was recommended this place by a good friend of mine and so decided to go and visit to see what it…read morewas all about. I got a chance to try both the salt cave and the PEMF therapy. The salt cave was a really cool experience, I went in with bare feet and reclined in an anti-gravity chair which felt divine. The main lights go off which makes it even more relaxing. It feels like you are on the beach, with ocean/wave sounds playing in the background. I had a nice relaxing snooze for the 45 minute session, although I understand others choose to bring a book to read or a tablet device. I did find it a little bit cold but I was warned in advance about this (Tammy says she'll be getting blankets soon for people who need them). The PEMF therapy was especially good for me. Basically you go into a room (the room has two mats, one in each corner of the room) and you lie on the mat which is positioned on sort of an elevated massage table kind of thing, and Tammy helps you get comfortable with pillows and a blanket. She gives you an eye mask for the light therapy portion (if you want it) as well as headphones which play soft music. You close your eyes and the lights begin to flicker, which sounds like it would be annoying but it's actually very soothing and kind of clears your mind. The music is very low so it's not distracting or anything. The blankets are soft and so you just kind of chill out there for the session length. I believe each one was somewhere between 10-20 minutes and then Tammy would come back and adjust you for a more targeted session, ie. your feet or back. At the start of the session I was experiencing lower back pain and by the end it was gone. I was treated to an extra long session and so got to experience some targeted therapy in addition to being on the main mat. My upper back, lower back, pelvis area and feet all got extra attention which was so nice. During the treatment I could feel different sensations going through my body, such as a glowing warmth, waves of energy or a light bubbling/popping feeling. I am very sensitive to energy so I have felt things like this before when I've had reiki energy healing sessions and knew it was totally normal! Tammy is so caring, generous, and a lovely person who seems to genuinely care about her customers. I am thankful I got a chance to visit this wellness center and would definitely consider going back sometime.

I coordinated a spa day for my sister-in-law's bridal shower, and was looking for a local spa that…read morecould provide a a few healing experiences in a relaxing, clean environment. We'd heard great things about Flow Motion's Himalayan salt and amethyst caves and were excited to check them out. I researched several options in the area and decided on Flow Motion because of their unique space and offerings. I chose their spa pass from 1-4 pm on a Saturday for a group of eight. This allowed us to freely wander their two beautiful caves, infrared sauna, zero gravity massage chair lounge, library/relaxation area with aromatherapy and tea, and parlor for three hours. We added on an hour-long group sound healing from 4-5. This entire afternoon was absolutely incredible. The group had such a good time exploring the healing spaces, and the sound healing was amazing. We left feeling revitalized, nourished, and deeply relaxed. I slept great that night, too! Beyond the wonderful spa day itself, the owner Alyssa and Client Concierge Abby went above and beyond to make this bridal shower experience incredibly special, tailored to our group's needs, and excellent from beginning to end. I really appreciated the attention to detail, care, and intentionality their team put into making all aspects of our spa day lovely and stress-free. Don't let the outside of this historic building fool you! Once inside, you're transported to a peaceful, healing oasis, filled with a variety of "zen'ed out" spaces and thoughtful touches. The parlor is also a beautiful place for a meal. Alyssa and Abby helped me find just the right food options for our group (beautiful charcuterie trays, salads, and a couple desserts!). The group sound healing was also incredible! Everyone felt so comfortable and relaxed - several fell asleep and woke up totally refreshed! I would definitely recommend that add-on. I highly recommend Flow Motion for an individual or group spa day. Thanks for all your help making this event a success, Alyssa and Abby!

They have super comfortable full body massage chairs that you can fall asleep in (even my dad enjoyed them and he's not a huge spa person). My partner and I also ended up doing one of the private sound bath experiences and it was incredible. Super cute spot in Bellingham!
