It started off a little meh for me as there is only street parking and as I am disabled, the walk was a little hard for me. BUT the service totally made the walk worthwhile. I did pay extra for the eye X-ray thingie but that was so much better than getting my eyes dilated. I'm diabetic as well and I have to get my eyes checked yearly to ensure that my eyes are ok. This was a much easier exam than getting the dilation. Much easier and much safer for me. Then I got taken to the back and the optometrist was great as well. She recommended some things and talked with me about some other issues as well. She also told me that the pores on my eye lids were getting gunky and to start doing warm eye compresses at night and it has been helping. Then the nicest very helpful lady... I wished I had gotten her name... Helped me to find new glasses. She was so helpful in bringing glasses to me and looking up colors for me and just being overall extremely helpful. Normally I'm used to being told, go and look and see what glasses you like... Instead here, she assisted me with everything which was very much appreciated. Overall, the parking sucked but I guess that's LA.... Lol BUT the service was amazing and I think I might've finally found my permanent optometrist!!

Immediately greeted by Brittaney, with a bright smile, she offered to look and found them in a different color way. Not convinced with the color, I asked for some guidance on picking some oval frames. Brittaney was so nice, leading me around the store showing me all the options. I am a quizzical person, but Brittaney was able to kindly answer all my questions and help walk me through the process of ordering with prescription and return policies. I ended up going with her recommendation of frames, and she was super accommodating during the whole checkout process. When measuring my face for my new pair, I apologized for my dirty old and decrepit pair of glasses I had on my face before she used them for some more measurement. She went out of her way to clean them after measuring. When handing them back, it felt like I already had a new pair of glasses! She also tightened the arms!! Super personable and helpful, and able to say that I've found a replacement after almost a decade with the same glasses! Thanks Brittany.

Unlike other places like Lenscrafter, the people working there know their job and are able to adjust the frame to you, fix it if needed, etc... I even came back with very old frames that were completely bend and with a broken nose pad and the salesperson, Isaiah, was able to fix it perfectly and replace the missing nose pads ! I really couldn't believe it how good of a job he did. All the other people I've to deal with at this location were great.

The customer service here is remarkable. The staff is all friendly and welcoming. I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. I think regular eyeglasses with prescription is kind of a steal, but prescription sunglasses are kind of a scam, in my opinion. I bought with my heart and not my wallet this time. My 11 year old…read moreson is very active, which unfortunately means his glasses need frequent repairs or replacement. Whenever that happens, this is the place we trust. Tammy is always extremely helpful when it comes to selecting the right glasses for him. She is knowledgeable and understands how to recommend frames that are practical for an active child. Most recently, my son's teacher noticed he was struggling to see the board in class. During his eye exam, we learned that his nearsightedness had worsened significantly. We asked whether it might be possible to replace his lenses quickly so he could return to school the next day able to see clearly. Although they had a number of customers ahead of us, Cesar and Tammy worked hard to accommodate us. Cesar, the the lens technician and an instrumental part of the team, was especially kind and reassuring throughout the process. He said he would make sure it was done, and he followed through. Because of his effort, my son was able to go back to school the next day and fully participate in his classes.
