Had enough like us??? Water Ones approach is different and their service has been outstanding. You can call the day before you need a delivery and they come out. The rates are fair. Most important the water quality is very good. Stop get screwed over by the big guys (nestle) ... just like your cable provider and will sacrifice any customer satisfaction just to make an extra dollar. Not the case at Water One.. All seemed good until an hour later fish were dying - Within 2 hrs everything we had raised for the past 6 yrs was now floating dead in both ponds. We were told it was fish safe. This was not the case. So far we don't have answers as to where the driver got his water, Had to have high levels of Chlorine in it. Lost about 80 beautiful fish friends. Not sure when it will be fish safe , Hoping the owner will call me back and make this right. My fish were healthy and happy they died a painful death.

Called and was told it was still on the truck for delivery, it would be here 7/5. Nope, no call or anything, just didnt show up again. Now it shows as scheduled for 7/8... Finally they showed up and left 12 bottles for some reason--we never have ordered that many. Chat and phone customer service is awful--based offshore. Bad English and no resolution. They'll lie a few times about not being able to credit you--eventually they will offer more and more. By that time--I was done--and had to go through the gauntlet of trying to cancel the service. Now I can't get them to come and pick up the 12 bottles and dispenser for over a week. Avoid this company.

We returned again the following day to check and it STILL wasn't on. SERIOUSLY?! It took multiple calls and days, and when they finally came to turn the water on it took all of ONE minute for it to come on. They clearly never came to the house! I became even more convinced that they never came to the house until they actually did because after that visit, I got about 5 emails regarding appointment confirmations, which I'd never gotten before. Thankfully the pipes didn't freeze or cause us any other problem. But seriously, this should not have been as hard as it was... Hopefully I do not need to contact them in the future.
