LOVE Dr. O'Shaughnessy! He treated an injury with exceptional care. What a caring physician! My…read morethumbnail got caught on something this evening and he totally prevented further injury. I am very grateful to him for ensuring my comfort and wellbeing. Dr. O'Shaughnessy was so careful to ensure a pain-free procedure. I would forever trust a doctor like him. He and the staff are amazing, including the male nurse and front desk personnel. Special shout-out to DR. VEENA ARUN, too, who saved my vision on an entirely unrelated, separate visit (not in UC). This was a while back. She's an eye-saving ophthalmologist who did wonders when no one else could -- not even my PCP nor ER doctors (with a CT scan when my primary doctor had said I needed to be seen ""STAT"). The woman Dr. Arun LITERALLY saved my vision. The staff got in right away. Dr. Arun rose above and was so calm and professional. Her demeanor made a huge difference. Her treatment was life-changing. (You take your vision for granted until something happens to the contrary, for which I am forever thankful to this skilled, gifted ophthalmologist.

1/5 stars Extremely disappointed by an inexcusable delay in…read morebasic X-Ray results. At my August 26th appointment, my doctor explicitly told me--and their website confirmed--that I would receive my results in 2 to 3 days. When that timeframe passed with zero communication, I contacted Sharp, only to be informed that their in-house radiology department is currently 7 to 14 business days behind. I have been dealing with severe pain since that appointment and have an upcoming consultation with an orthopedist on the 8th. Because of this failure, I won't even have my basic radiology results to support my care or show my specialist. It is completely baffling and unacceptable that an in-house department can fall this far behind in modern healthcare. Shame on Sharp for failing their patients to this degree. If you have any alternative options, please go elsewhere--it is clear that things are only getting worse here.

I love SRS and always receive the best care here! This clinic is beautiful and always clean. Staff…read moreis always friendly. But next time I need care I will skip the virtual appointment and just come into be seen. I had a virtual visit today and was instructed by the doctor to be seen at urgent care. I had to pay my urgent care copay and the virtual visit copay. I think the urgent care copay should be waived if I was referred by the virtual physician and came into urgent care the same day to be seen. Urgent care copay is often waived if sent to ER from urgent care. Same policy would be nice for virtual visits

The wait in the exam room, however, was longer than expected, and once again I had to ask when I would be seen. It felt as though the staff were ready to go home. I was told I was next. The doctor rushed in and immediately asked, "What's wrong?"--no greeting, no "How can I help you?" The entire interaction felt rushed. After my diagnosis, I was asked where to send the prescription, and I said Carmel Mountain. I received no paperwork after my visit. Although I told him to send it to the CVS I use, it was sent somewhere else. The clerks at CVS eventually figured it out. A few days later, I received a call saying they weren't sure what was wrong with me--just that it was some kind of infection--and that I should continue taking my medication. When I asked how to prevent this from happening again, I was told to "ask your doctor," and the call ended quickly. Not impressed. And once again, clerks eating at a desk in a professional environment is inappropriate. Please do better.
