They had Great food and good service, Large restaurant- would be good for big groups.

Location Sky Tower, Choctaw casino and resort Atmosphere Upscale casino restaurant Seating Tables, booths Service Outstanding, friendly, really understood my requests( yes I am fussy) Menu The other Yelp reviewers talked about how extensive this menu was and also that they offered egg whites. I found that the menu was basic, pricier than the Grand Cafe. No egg whites on the menu. I had the omelette-3eggs-choice of ONE meat-$2 for additional meat-not plentiful meat noted in the omelette-many veggies-I had all but bell peppers and spinach. Very tasty-not ulta salty-very flavorful. The tomato slices were fresh. Side salad advertised on menu but just sliced cherry tomatoes. I am fussy/particular about how toasted I want the muffins-the server totally got it. Muffinnwas presented actually toasted-served with fresh unsalted butter and a selection of jellies. NOTE-State law-no alcohol before 10 am- yikes!!!! Summary Great service, nice atmosphere ( large window), good menu. From a review of all the Choctaw breakfast selections, this would be my fav but after 10 am.

This is my second time eating here. There isn't a large selection but hrs decent. The parfait was huge! And pretty sugary but good. Boyfriend was happy with the all American breakfast, though not surprising this is his usual order at most breakfast spots. I prefer a little more selection on the menu for my breakfast but like I said this place works. But for me, I probably won't visit a third time.

The Prime Rib was excellent as well as a side of collard greens. One negative would be the twice baked potato just not high end enough for the price. Would you pay like $10 for a side you would think it would be a larger portion. Now the Pecan pie with Bourbon gelato was amazing. The service was great.

Nice restaurant located in the Choctaw Casino. Got in quick, prior to a concert. Food was good, no issues with gluten free options. While there were some positives in the food , we weren't blown away. It was good but a few things were less than optimal. Pork Chop was well cooked but could have used a bit of char to amplify the flavor. Brussels and potatoes were top notch. The lagging sides were the grits and corn. The grits were so dry, it was like eating moist sand. A little cream mixed in before service would have made all the difference. The corn was lackluster and needs a rework. Service wise, the young lady was nice but it took forever to get food. They were in no hurry to move folks through. Had the place been packed it would make sense but speed is not their game. Regardless we would come back and give it another shot.

Sad to say, the food that I was served was super salty and inedible, even the fries. I probably should have complained but I was tired and didn't really see anything else that I wanted to eat. Service was good and my husband seemed to enjoy his food. Unfortunately, i'm going to have to pass the next time I'm in the area.

Dinner, we ordered banana pudding and shrimp appetizer. Great service. This place has the best service at Choctaw and best food. We will ear all our meals here.

Not quality cheese and or "fresh". Obviously a kraft cheese single

Have you ever lost money at a casino? Well here at Salt & Stone you are one meal away from loosing it all. Your money, appetite, and the expectations of a "nice meal" will be gone faster than trying to win a hand pay in the high limits room. (I'm trying to write this review now without gagging/throwing up right now). If you are reading this review right now do not try to get a table... a short walk to GUY FIERI'S AMERICAN KITCHEN + BAR would be a better choice than Salt & Stone. Let's dissect Salt & Stone's failures given their overall ambiance, food and prices. Their claims/ambiance: -Specialty dishes from land -All made with fresh ingredients -How they portray themselves online and outside of the restaurant To start I'll give some praise to the physical ambience since it does look like a nice steak house from the inside that is well decorated with a theme that does immerse you. But that immersion is broken when it comes to the food. That's the main problem... charging high prices for poor food quality that does not match the physical atmosphere of a higher quality restaurant. I would equate the food quality to a Luby's cafeteria or a High School cafeteria in terms of what we had tonight. What we had tonight: -Cheesy Brussels & Bacon Dip -All-American cheese burger (what I had) -Braised Short Ribs -Fried Half Chicken -Wild Mushroom Gnocchi Honestly the cheesy brussels and bacon dip was the best thing on the menu that we got... but it lacked brussel sprouts. It was good enough that I didn't think anything about it. But doing more research on the internet I stumbled upon a youtuber named The Insane Chef. He did a review two years ago titled Casino Food Reviews Episode 1- Salt and Stone. He ordered the same appetizer and it looked so much better than what we had tonight. In his video there were brussel sprouts visually seen in the dip. In our dip there was no signs of brussel sprouts. I should have gotten a photo but the dip was honestly fine. Now onto the 20 dollar cheese burger that I ordered. I was thinking that the burger was the safest thing to order on the menu. How can you mess up a simple cheese burger? Well you can... the quality of the meat, the bun, and the cheese does not reflect the price of 20 dollars. The meat tasted like school quality hamburger meat, the cheese was obviously individually plastic wrapped american cheese, and the bun was of a cafeteria quality too. My dad and I couldn't even finish half of our burgers. Back to The Insane Chefs youtube video... two years ago the same burger included incredible looking bacon, a cheese that doesn't look like plastic, shallot jam, and an onion bun. Now thats a burger thats worth 20 dollars and matches the atmosphere of the overall restaurant. I actually feel horrible for Salt & Stone since they don't have the same quality today that was present 2 years ago. My other family members were upset with the quality too. They took a few bites of the short ribs and gnocchi and had a full plate of food to send back to the kitchen just to be thrown away. It says something when we were unable to finish/eat our meals since the quality was horrible. I want to cheer on Salt & Stone, but it is hard to if the food quality is horrid and the prices don't justify what you are getting. Salt & Stone's goals should be striving to bring back the food quality that they had two years ago. If anything, use my review as a report card since there is always room for improvement and redemption. -What stood out: The design of the restaurant -What could be improved: food quality (burger-strive for flavor, short ribs- tender and warmness, Gnocchi- what about truffle?, fried chicken- make sure its not dry)

Brunch menu

The Salt & Stone brunch menu was one of the best around in terms of options. The wait at 10:30am was 45 minutes, but the service was good. The omelet was good, but it could've used a little less salt and pepper considering the cheese and meats added a lot of natural saltiness. The breakfast potatoes were crunchy and delicious. The pancakes were the crispy griddle type that fall apart in the middle as opposed to the soft fluffy type. However, it was good proportionally and very tasty. I'd recommend getting a salty side (eggs, meat, etc) to balance out the sweetness. My only criticism is the surcharge on our build your own omelet. Apparently we were supposed to pick one meat, but the menu didn't clarify that so we were charged a little extra. Our waitress was very attentive to our table despite a busy crowd and the constant yelling we could hear from the kitchen.

Best place to eat at Casino in Durant Oklahoma. Serive is on point. Food is off the chain and chef is the best. If you have time will not disappoint

Horribke food! Unseasoned and the steak was nasty. It was definitely not sirloin as shown in the menu it was some knockoff steak.

Food was average... Service was also average to just less than average. Would have expected better location and such as setting.

Waited over an hour for our meal to arrive. Don't come here if you're hungry. Go to a local restaurant if at all possible before coming here

Service was on point and the food was phenomenal. I will most definitely be back. Best Togo food I've had in a very long time. It didn't get soggy or taste any less amazing when we got it to where we were going. Didn't even get a picture because we ate it so fast but I'll be back for the appetizer sampler. Those cheese sticks and green tomatoes were to die for!

The Right spot is Open! Tables are not cleaned promptly…read moreafter people leave. Inside is still the same, seems to have more staffing. 2 guys just chilling in the dining room, no drinks or food? Kinda sketch. Ok they got a drink. Food is coming out kinda slow but its usually worth the wait. Ok food was good, not as good as normal but good. Kitchen needs to work on getting food out and timing, for example my burger was not hot, my wifes was, my tots had obviously sat while my wifes fresh chips got fried. I live exactly 2 blocks away and we ordered food to go. We left the house at 5:33 and got home at 6:17, no side trips or extra stops. I really like the owners and the staff is attentive. We waited 1 week after the re opening to go in. They will get the kinks worked out and the flow moving in the kitchen. Still a local spot that deserves your business. Down to 3 stars this time, hopefully more next time in.
