Best place to get a good quick meal! My friend introduced me to this place and it was everything she described and more! I loved the thin cauliflower crust as a gluten free option and the fact that they let you order one of the menu preset options AND you can customize it to any toppings you desire! The young folks who work here are really nice and pizzas are ready within 5 minutes of going in the oven. Everything about this place was excellent except for the messy ice machine. They need to put towels down to sop up the ice melt that becomes a huge puddle after a few people get ice. This is a pretty good place for a quick lunch or dinner. On a road trip with an electric car and this was handy for a lunch/pit stop while the car charged across the street. It's a "create your own" place...they make it, but you get to tell them what you want on it, and it's not just your basic pepperoni and mushrooms (although you can get that if you want it, it's your pizza, no judgment). This used to be really good when it first opened. Now it is horrible. The service is awful. We waited 15 minutes to order with no one in line and one person by the pizza oven that did not acknowledge us. I went back to order a to go pizza and was told they couldn't take any orders for 45 minutes because they had "to sheet up" and I was told they had no clean pans for the pizzas. Typically only one person working the front and when that one person can't do it all you will randomly see 2-3 employees just appear from the back looking frazzled just walking around. They don't even let the pizzas finish cooking, once the tip of the pan is visible, they pull it out leaving 3/4 pizza that should be cooking for another 2-3 minutes undercooked. Stopped selling ranch bc the employees are too lazy to make it and the managers tone and attitude every time you are in there is so negative and rude. Ordered from craft pies twice this week. First time was a fairly large order (about 13 pizzas) but we ordered in advance and called ahead. Upon pick up all the pizzas were wrong and we were told they had ran out of toppings, something that could have been mentioned earlier. The second time we had 5 pizzas and all of them were wrong. Some had missing toppings and some had toppings that we didn't ask for. Thankfully no one that had the extra toppings was allergic to them or that could have been very dangerous. I love the pizza here! They've been open less than 2 weeks, and I've already been there 4 times. Each time, the service has been amazing and the entire staff is very friendly. So far there's always been a long line, but it moves steadily so don't let that scare you away. Also, there's plenty of seating available. A regular size pizza is enough for two adults to share, but we prefer to get our own and make two meals out of it! This place was just "okay". We were traveling through Durant and found this place on Yelp. We wanted to pick up a pizza and take it back to our hotel. Called the # and was told "We don't take call in orders". I said "Oh, I didn't know that...I just called the number that was listed". When I asked why, the girl then said -very rudely, "We'll it says that on our website". Really didn't give me a reason. We went ahead and dined in anyway, but the place was kind of dirty. Started to sit at one table, and there were hairs on it. If we hadn't already ordered and paid, we would not have stayed. Just wasn't that impressed with the food or the customer service. Each time they have given me the run around on getting the money put back to my debit card. I have never received the refunds on either of the transactions. I am hesitant saying this in the first place but I was in the store on Saturday and I was just about to leave when I heard yelling from the back and it sounded to me like one of the managers was yelling at one of his employees. Not only was it unprofessional but I saw the girl who I assume was getting yelled at come out to make an order and she was almost in tears. I couldn't hear what he was saying but it clearly got to her. I've been eating here for a while and the food is good and the employees are always welcoming and friendly so I will continue to be a regular but I just hope that girl is okay. This place has clearly JUST opened. One of those fast cooking pizza places. Flat price based on crust - they have a 7" kids pizza, 10" gluten free (cauliflower) crust & 11.5" traditional crust. Pizza was DELISH & it was a great set up for kids & large parties. Staffing is a different story though. This staff is all very young. I have absolutely no idea who the supervisor was. Maybe there wasn't one watching but there should have been. There were at least 8 people working in an assembly line style. There absolutely NO sense of urgency from thus staff & as the line wrapped halfway around the restaurant, they continued to move like molasses. One employee left the assembly line area to go to the back (for presumed breaks) about every 10 minutes. I could have sang the ABC's 6 times before a couple of these gals completed their tasks (adding sauce to the pizza was like watching paint dry). And I repeated my order to EVERY SINGKE STATION - unbelievable inefficient. The first gal wrote each pizza order on the paper it baked on but to deliver my pizza order 4 more times to staff, who had no sense of urgency, was mind-boggling. This who process took about 1.5 hours for 4 people, one was a toddler. It's surely going to get faster & the lines will be shorter as the novelty wears off, but if this staff doesn't get their act together & balance their use of time against pizza quality, taking the customer wait into consideration, there's just no way I'd come back ... unless my vision for dinner is languid & leisurely & I don't want to have sever or provide a tip. read more
