Went in the weekend of the 4th. Was really surprised the place was empty besides my family of 5. We were seated by a really nice lady who appeared to also be working in the kitchen. Food arrived quickly and she was supper tentative as a waitress. Food was hot and good, drinks were cold and refilled quickly! I will say I feel all our beloved pizza places are going through some weird mid life crisis, a few years ago these places seemed more family oriented had an arcade game or two etc for the kids and since that stuff has gone away I feel Pizza Hut as well as others that have followed suit have saw a loss of customers(just my opinion). I used to love Pizza Hut but this store sells the worst tasting pizza ive ever had in my life! Ordered one again was hoping that i just got ordered on a bad day the last 2 times and today for the 3rd time the worst pizza and customer service ive ever had. Had to be refunded twice because when my order was delivered no one at the store thought "wow this is super burnt to the color black, maybe I should make another or not delivere this" no they went ahead and did it anyways. One star only because zero was not an option. Stood at the hostess station, of this Not Busy, establishment for about 4 minutes before being seated. Ordered the first beer listed by the waitress only to be told they were out. Ordered Two personal pan pizzas, one with jalapeños. Approximately 10 minutes later (not too long) the waitress returns with a medium sized Pan pizza made half/half (with No jalapeños) for us both of to share and was told "we are out of personal pan crust so they made you this". No apologies, no asking if this is okay, just here is what you get! And still charged for Everything we ordered. This Pizza Hut in Durant, Ok leaves much to be desired. We placed a delivery order and almost two hours later, it still had not been delivered. I went to the restaurant itself, which is only a few blocks from our house. The pizza has been sitting there all that time. The person at the front didn't care. When I asked if I could see the pizza, she showed it to me. It was obviously cold after all that time. When asked if we could get it redone, she went and asked and came back to say it would be another thirty minutes. At that point I took the pizza and left. I DO NOT recommend the Durant Pizza Hut to anyone. Stay home and have a can of soup. At least it will be hot. read more

I have waited a long time to review Pizza Hut - Durant in an effort to report from a good cross-section of visits. Overall I like the pizza here. Especially the thin crust. If you find a special or coupon the prices aren't too bad. Stay away from the full menu price. It is not worth it. The biggest reason I can't do better than two stars is the Pizza Hut promotions. I signed up for these online and they started emailing me almost daily. However, many of their promotions don't work at this location. This is extremely frustrating. Bottom line - Stand by the parent company promotions regardless of your location. Otherwise, the program backfires and you lose business from customers like me. read more

Everyone should take note that Pizza Hut has made the decision to severely shrink their delivery area. We live 4.8 miles away from the restaurant and they now refuse delivery. The ONLY reason...and I mean ONLY reason I ever order Pizza Hut is because they have country sausage. The pizzas are Always wrong. Always insanely expensive. Always takes an hour or more. I live 3 miles from the store. They are always dead. Noone answers the phone. When they do, they rush your ordering. They ask no questions and it really doesn't matter because the order is going to be wrong anyway. Call back to let them know it was wrong, and again...they don't care.
