Absolutely love our Durant, Domino's pizza! Our full order was correct! There have been a lot of changes happening and the food quality has really improved! Give them another chance if you have had bad experiences in the past! They support our local churches and school with special discounts and donations! My daughters birthday pizzas made the party delicious and was on time! Also, they have 2lts on sale right now! We bought pizzas and drinks and got plates and cups to serve with! I was just pulling through parking lot, when dominoes mgr, started Yelling that we weren't allowed to drive in parking lot?? Only drivers are allowed to pull through. No hello how are you today? Or hey have you heard about our specials? No It was just GO Away!!! Having never ordered from this dominoes, I can understand this restaurant's Low Scores. They need a course in customer etiquette if they want to succeed as a business franchise. Why are the numbers and sales so low?? Look no further than the front door, I didn't even make it that far before being told they didn't want me here :( with all the pizza choices around this area, can they afford to be this rude??? We tried to get a delivery out here at silverado (in Durant) and they cancelled our order because they thought we lived past Caddo so we call back and get nothing but attitude when they're in the wrong. We have been loyal customers of Dominoes for years and the last four pizzas thin crust were burnt, the first one not too bad so we ate it. This last pizza was HORRIBLE, we tried to eat it, but could not, the young girl said well half of it was gone, they knew it was burn, she said, "it's only the cheese!!" Offered half our money back, just don't go there. Perhaps your experience was better. To keep your customers coming back, especially loyal ones treat them well. read more

Now I know why they want you to pay in advance. Whoever owns this place should close it down and stack hay in it. I waited a hour and still never got pizza. A friend and I ordered pizzas from here and 1. Our pizzas were sauce less. 2. As we stood in there the phone was continuously ringing and they would not answer it. 3. The first person who attempted to check us out had no clue what they were doing and then the second was rude because we wanted to split the price. 4. Not a single worker was wearing gloves and were touching everything. 5. One of our pizzas had no topping when we paid for it. 6. There were only 3 workers. Definitely not recommended. I used the app tonight to order pizza and wings, on the app I asked for extra cheese and sauce and what I had delivered to me it was a crust with pepperoni. I called the store and and the manager tells me he can remake my pizza but I would have to come pick it up. This is after I paid for the delivery. He told me he could credit me back the pizza but he was not able to credit back the delivery charge. What happened to the commercials that say of we mess up your order we will replace it and bring it back or the pizza insurance? I'm not impressed with this store. read more

we got two pastas one with a bread bowl and one without. the one with out was COMPLETELY dry. no taste what so ever. and for some reason we got an extra pizza? lol not complaining that was definitely their mess up but i don't feel bad at all because they should have gotten everything right in the first place. the workers were all messing around acting like it honestly wasn't even their place of work. very disrespectful. also with covid going around should you need to have on a mask and gloves? THE PROPER WAY?? they sat there and handled the food completely with no gloves what so ever and their masks were halfway off the face leaving what should be covered uncovered. read more

Most horrible pizza place you could ever go to. We have given them several chances and the benefit of the doubt. There has never been one time they have got our order right. Normally we just take the pizza back and wait an hour to get the right one made but we have moved further out in the country, got pizza as we were leaving town and stupidly didn't check it at the store. After the 45 min drive home to our horror we got the complete wrong order that we paid $27 for (for only two medium pizzas) and to top it off it was burnt and not appealing whatsoever. Called the store and they said it was our fault and there is nothing they can do about it and hung up. Literally worst pizza and worst customer service ever. By the reviews on multiple different sites we are not the first ones to get screwed over. Very disappointing that this will continue on and affect more people. read more

Downloaded the Application on the iPad, got coupon on site, paid, tracked it all the way to our door, it told us who made our order, who brought it, and it arrived in mega fast fashion! Quality was as expected and did not disappoint. Also being a somewhat health aware couple, my wife and I have to give extra credit to the online ordering that included nutritional information (pizza isn't always our table fare). Placed an order, called when the tracker said it had been delivered, it hadn't. The girl told me I hadn't even placed an order (on lline), which I had and gave her the confirmation number. Then manager said for my trouble he'd add a liter of Coke and that order was ready to leave the store. I waited, waited, waited, called back, was told the driver had tried to deliver but no one answered the door and no one answered the phone. I'm 71 years old, was sitting next to the open window, next to my front door, NO ONE came. I told them the driver must have gone to the wrong apartment complex, as they had done in the past, I was told my order was cancelled. They will NEVER get my business again and I'm make sure my friends know of what happened. read more

I ordered my pizza online for carryout. I went to store to pick-up after the tracker said it was done. I had ordered two pizzas and I guess they had forgot to make one bc the girl was like I'm sorry it'll be a bit, 20 minutes later I finally got my pizza. I got home, and one was pizza was completely inedible. It was made wrong and the top was just tons of sauce and cheese swirled around. When you picked a piece up, it just sagged down. It was so bad that I tried to call them, but my call was never picked up. I went all the way to the store and brought the pizza back to show them. I was told oh, it was just a lot of sauce on it. They remade the pizza for me, but I still would not recommend this place. The wait is long, the food is mediocre (if you even get the right order), and the service isn't the best. Whomever owns this establishment, needs to have their franchise pulled from them. I have attempted to order from here online and twice in a month our order was cancelled and we were phoned that there was an emergency- twice in a month- the emergency was most likely because it was almost closing time. I recently ordered three pizzas for delivery- pizzas was here in 20 minutes- order was completely wrong-called immediately, an hour later no pizza, called again- 15 mins later pizza left at door- cold , completely wrong again and it had another address written on outside of box with a notification that the pizza was missing some toppings, "sorry we ran out", huh???? I spoke to the neighbor (6 houses away) was informed they saw dominos come to their porch and pick up the pizza, they did not see them leave it on their porch !!!! What???? I am appalled. My advice- Save yourself the headache- & possibly food poisoning and avoid this dump and go to Pizza Hut or Pizza INN. This place does NOT deserve ANY stars . I re-phoned and asked to speak to the management and was told there was not one;I then requested to speak to the owner, was told that was not possible (I overheard the employees in the background "Is it that lady again? I want to share my most recent experience with your Durant location, I placed my order everything was fine well on the order tracker is shows my order leaving the store at 12:50, 20 mins following I called the location to inquire about my order and the person who answered apologized and assured me I would have my order within 10 mins and 20 more mins rolls by and still no food. At approx. 1:40 my delivery driver walks through the door and I politely ask him if there was going to be a discount because my order took well over the amount of time it should have and he rudely said no it always takes that long and did not give me my change from the order just took the cash and left. I love ordering dominoes bc it is great food but I will NEVER order or reccomend this location to ANYBODY. I previously worked at the Hampton inn where I had many instances where my food didn't get delivered, it was wrong, and or cold upon delivery. It was explained to me that this location has endured many management issues and that is understandable to an extent but this is an ongoing issue that corporate needs to be aware of. It's disappointing to me because I have always been a loyal dominoes customer but I can no longer give you my business. This place deserves no stars but the option wasn't given. read more

So I stopped going to this dump because the manager, yelled at me on the phone, then yelled and called me names to my face inside the restaurant while her coworkers taunted me and jeered at me... But get this, recently on Arkansas St. in Durant, a car flew around us in the wrong lane, speeding and driving recklessly. Exceeding the speed limit by at lease 20 mph. I called the restaurant to report him. And a man identifying himself as the manager, actually defended this crazy unsafe driver after I reported him! The manager said, the driver had a "double delivery and was running behind".. I could not believe my ears! I told him that I was appalled by his response, and next time I would just call the police. The manager replied, "yeah well if you call them, you can't block your number like you did with me".. This place is a joke! read more

Last week we ordered pizza at work the guy told us that if we did not give him a big tip next time he would be late and our food would be cold. Today 12/19/17 we gave them a second chance given the manager made the first mistake right. Today on the tracker it said our order left the store at 12:42 we took lunch 18 mins later thinking it was about to get here. We received an order at almost 3 pm which by the way was the wrong order my coworker asked whether the driver had been driving for 2 hours with the order or had just brought it from the store and he said he had just gotten it from the store. He then left before my coworker could check the order which by the way was the lunch for 4 people when he brought it to us it was the wrong order all pizzas which we didn't order and to top it all off PIECES where missing from the pizzas not only that but they had literally been tossed around. We will not be ordering from dominos EVER AGAIN. AVOID THAT PLACE. read more
