Hope that manager gets his staff in order because you don't take a customers order and then walk away in hopes someone else is going to makes it . We eat at this Dairy Queen once (sometimes twice) a week, and it's always such a great experience. The staff (esp McKenna and Melody) are consistently so sweet and welcoming. They always greet us with a smile and make us feel appreciated. Our orders are always spot on, and you can tell they truly care about providing good service. McKenna has changed the rootbeer carbonation for me mid fill bc she thought it looked off coming out of the spout. It's rare to find a place that feels this friendly and reliable every single visit, but this DQ really goes above and beyond. We appreciate them so much read more

We asked for mustard burgers and they gave us Mayo. They skimped on lettuce and onion. The burgers didn't have much flavor. They would have been better with mustard and more onion. It took a long time to get the order. On the plus side, they only charged $1 for the Fido burger patty. read more

Decent, quick food. What you would expect from a Dairy Queen on a road trip. Today I ordered the M&M Blizzard and my husband ordered the Oreo Blizzard. A friend ordered the chicken fried steak dinner and another friend ordered the steak fingers. I asked to try some of their food and it was all pretty tasty, as far as fast food goes. I wish there were a way to give ZERO stars! So the picture and menu advertise Blizzards and ice cream cones. Don't expect to get either one! After ordering, we witnessed the "cook" wiping his nose on his sleeve, not once, but 3 times! We waited for almost 20 minutes before my husband asked to speak to a manager. When he asked her how long it takes to make a cone and a Blizzard, her response was, "Well our cooler is down and they have to go in the back for everything." And 30 seconds later, another teen made a Blizzard right in front of us and walked it out to a couple that had just ordered it! Needless to say, we walked out before they made our order, due to our concern of food tampering. We were never offered an apology or a refund for our order. Stopped in for a Blizzard while on a mini road trip (because that's what we do). This is an older DQ, a good thing in our books. The older DQs tend to have better food (definitely if you order from the "local menu") and down home service. This had both plus clean restrooms. Our blizzards were good, though I was a little disappointed that they didn't offer the mini size. Just small and up. As well, I can't figure out why DQs have stopped listing all of the blizzard flavors on the board. Soooo hard to remember what you like, you know? My other slight disappointment is related to this - tropical or Hawaiian? I like one a lot and the other not so much. I had to guess at it (no listing) and of course got the wrong one. Oh well. The wrong one was still tasty so all's well that ends well. Especially when it comes to blizzards. read more

Do you miss Reunion Arena? Because this place looks just like it. Plus they have Blizzards. Now if only the Sidekicks played here too... What were we talking about again? Oh right, this small-town Dairy Queen off US-69 in Oklahoma. For some reason small-town Dairy Queens do not seem to share menus with their city-chic cousins and I was pleased to find a chicken-fried steak sandwich on the menu. It was pretty good, as was the obligatory Blizzard. The service and patrons were also friendly and the place was fairly clean. As with the other reviewer, I've driven by this place dozens of times on my way between Dallas and Fayetteville. This is one of the better places to stop for food, especially if you want to get a treat for the road. It's also nice to know that as our Infomart stands as a tribute to Britain's long-gone Crystal Palace, Caddo's Dairy Queen keeps the memory of our once-favorite arena alive. This is one of those cozy, down-home places that just make you feel good. My wife and I were driving down the road when she started jonesing for a Blizzard. We spotted this DQ and stopped in. What we found was a friendly oasis where locals gather to visit and catch up on the latest news. Some of the oldtimers have clearly been coming here for years, and it warmed my heart to sit at the periphery of their affectionate company. They even drank their coffee from real coffee cups that the restaurant keeps on hand for them. The food here is just like in every other Dairy Queen. If you like DQ, you'll like this one just fine. But the atmosphere took me back in time to a feeling that is very rare indeed. read more

Not a fancy Dair Queen, but this one clearly is a wonderful, small town friendly location decorated with photos of the local elementary kids. Food standard good for DQ. A nice place yo stop along the freeway from Dallas to Arkansas. $8.15 for double-cheese, fries and a Coke. Wonderful hearing customers across the shop wishing Merry Christmas as they leave to each other. Small towns have a great deal to teach everyone else. Glad I stopped here for food and gas. read more

Well thank God I'm didn't come here for customer service! What happened to making a customer feel welcome. Hmm....

The staff was all very sweet and helpful. The ambiance was that of a country home. This restaurant seeps benevolence. From the charming bathroom wallpaper, to the pleasant halloween decorations - this location of the DQ chain is truly a peaceful place to spend your lunch breaks. This experience was purely positive.
