Dan was more than understanding that I could not go over to fix this myself. He came out and the guests said was "super nice, no attitude at all" after finding how easy this was to fix. They said he was just as patient and respectful when he came 2 days later and had to reset the breaker and point out which two things not to plug in at the same time. When they left I had Dan right back out to add additional circuits and some extra lights and outlets. They worked almost an entire day and Dans prices were unbelievably reasonable for the work done and amount of man hours. I will definitely be having them back out and now have his number listed in our Property Welcome Manual so guests can call him if they can not reach me. I'm SO hesitant to write this review bc I want Dan to be able to come when I need him, but Dan is such a good guy I had to share!!

We had a local man come out to assess who said the job was just not doable for him at that point. He had too many other appointments scheduled and what we needed would take up more time than he had. So he recommended Red Royal. They came out that same day and told us what the problem was. Power from the pole died due to the line being old and it not being buried in a tube. Replacement needed. They were out the following day and started digging WITH SHOVELS. They almost finished the job but the part they needed to connect to the box was not available until Monday. Back early on Monday they got the power going. Inspectors came out (Dunedin) and approved the job. They came back out and buried the line and left it looking like brand new. I cannot give enough props to the two men that were out here. Professional and hard working + friendly. We recommend Red Royal to everyone. Cannot say enough positive things about them. Turns out the receiver on the fan that takes instructions from the remote burned out. Even though the fan was out of warranty, the manufacturer, Addlon, sent me free replacement parts. Coastal Palm then came out and efficiently installed the new components and remounted the fan. They also gave me a break on the price of 2 service calls. During the installation, The electrician accidentally knocked over my floor fan and broke it. Quick as a wink he took a picture of the broken fan and said it would be replaced.
