The cabeza taco was probably the highlight -- tender, flavorful, and the salsa verde tied everything together perfectly. The chorizo tacos had a really nice flavor as well, but were just a tad dry. It is a food truck so don't expect the restaurant atmosphere. The ladies behind working there are nice and they had fun talking Spanish with this gringo. lol I only tried the street tacos. Being from San Diego, Ca that is how you know if you have good Mexican food by starting with the tacos. I will go back again and try the rest of the menu. The burrito was bursting with meat that was very tender and flavorful. It was also rice and beans in the burrito, which I feel that the burrito needed more because it was overpowered by the meat. There was the gooey mozzarella cheese as well, but it definitely could have used more. Overall, this is a very solid burrito and definitely something I would order again. I absolutely love the green avocado salsa as well. It compliments the flavors of the burrito and the meat perfectly and is the right amount of heat for me.
